“There was an unwrapped dirty coffee cup under the wrapped coffee cups. After I checked put a man who I’m guessing was about to clean the room I was in (108) cane towards me asking if I was in 108. I said yes. Couldn’t really understand what else I was saying very well. He had my grand daughter’s IPad that I forgot in our room. Very thankful he found it and caught us. I greatly appreciate his honestly and bringing it to me. Not everyone is honest. ”

Only complaint is that their toiletries did not include hair conditioner (in either room we were staying with friends), which is a huge thumbs down for women with thick curly hair that forgot to pack the shampoo/conditioner. ”

“I chose the early check in option and it was great! They texted when the room was ready so we were able to walk in, get the key and go rigjt to the room. Kids enjoyed the pool, there were no clean towels at the pool (only sad point, I would have brought some from the room if I knew.) Great options for breakfast! Even better it was all fresh (and the hot items were hot!)”
