“The only downside was parking on the backside of the building. It was a little tight parking our full size truck, but other than that the stay was wonderful. Steamy Joe's was a wonderful place for breakfast and lunch. The staff there was outstanding. Service and food were both great!”

“The property was more tgan we had expected. It is famiky friendly with lots of activities for the kids such as a fun house with an arcade, play area for kids and an indoor swimming pool. They have a basketball, putt putt golf. The rooms were excellent. The bed was very comfortable and very clean. The staff were friendly and professional. We enjoyed oyr 3 day stay and look forward to returning soon.”

“Place was just ok, outdoor pool wasn't open, one restaurant with a very limited menu, bar close early, Marina was close, I did pay an expensive resort fee for nothing... People in the frot desk no friendly at all... The Star only is for the ladies on the Spa they very sweet! and steam room was broken, Room smells humidity and air run bad... Extremely cold or extremely hot, go somewhere else better, bad choice for a romantic escape!”

“This was the worst hotel experience I ever had. When I checked in, the woman at the desk told me I was in the second building like I was being sent to the dungeon by the way she said it. I asked if it there was a problem with it and she realized how it came off and assured me it was fine, even preferred, just that I'd have to come to the main building for breakfasts. Then I got to the room. The shower had a leak that was spraying out from the showerhead. The AC was very loud. I think it needed...

“Front desk staff were friendly, and informative. The room was clean, the beds were comfortable, and we had a lovely, forest view from our second story balcony. The pool was huge, not super clean, but we enjoyed the swim anyway. Unfortunately, the hot tub was closed due to a part that needed replacement. Breakfast was just ok. Overall, the price was good this time, which is why we chose this hotel, but we wouldn't stay again if we had to pay more. We did love the food trucks nearby, though,...

“The room was very clean. The beds were acceptable. The property is old and feels cramped into the lot. The bath water was nearly muddy. Rust color tinged with an odor. After the tub drained, there was a layer of rust color sediment on the sides and bottom. Inadequate hot water. This property is listed as a resort, but there is nothing “resort like” about it. ”

“The rooms are super clean and up to date. We did not use the amenities but were told about them and they seem great. Had some trouble with the AC not cooling but was moved to another room no problem. I will say it is very loud at night if others are outside using the elevator or just walking down the halls. You can hear the person above walking through the room as well.”
