“The woman I encountered when I first arrived was very rude. I was about 45 minutes early for check-in. No one was at the desk but I could hear someone behind the wall talking. She walked out, said can I help you. I told her I was a bit early for check-in and she told me that I had to wait because I had a king room. Waiting was fine but when I went to ask her where I could go nearby for food she cut me off and told me I could sit in the lobby. The lifeguard was very nice as were the cleaning...

“Ok for a quick visit but wouldn't recommend for anything beyond a weekend stay. Please be aware that people do not respect the non-smoking signs throughout the hotel. My room reeked of cigarette smoke and I had to keep the AC going to filter out the smell. Mu entire side of the hotel was non-smoking. Also I wouldn't recommend bringing kids there. There are people with kids there but there some things I wouldn't want my kids seeing that I'd have to explain. The staff was awesome and very...

“This was our 2nd stay. Very nice facility. The 2nd stay, I had to leave early due to work. And a issue arose of the parking validation which was very confusing. After 15 minutes it was worked out. The halls and lobby are very warm. I checked on the staff to make sure they were staying hydrated. Hotel rooms were cool, air was on. Would definitely book again, if need be.”

“We stayed for two nights while visiting the area. Rooms were well maintained and clean which is a biggie for me. Complimentary breakfast was very nice. Staff were super friendly and accommodating. Parking was ample.”

“We booked this accommodation as it was close to a venue we were attending. There was lots of on street parking. This is a gorgeous, grand old home. Note, Wilson House sits near a busy street. However, once inside, due to triple glazed windows, you will not hear the street noise at all! Also, be aware, rooms are on the 2nd-4th floor and there is no elevator. Beds were comfortable and bathrooms were modern. Breakfast was very good. The owners were a pleasure to talk with.”

“There was a fridge in the room but no microwave. The A/C was off, the room was stuffy. It was loud when turned on and it took almost the entire stay to get the room temperature decent. The A/C stayed loud for the whole visit. Balcony had no chairs unlike other rooms so was useless. It really could have been better. Best thing about the room was the size of the shower.”
