Hotel vicino a First Colony Mall - Houston

“Great hotel”

“My first stay here and it was perfect. Juan got me checked in and got me signed up for the IHG rewards. He was very kind and welcoming.y room was clean and very nice.”

“Excelente atención limpieza y habitaciones cómodas”

“I asked for an upstairs room and extra towels but did not receive either. Placed downstairs in the nightly rooms when I paid for a whole night. Brown dry substance smeared on the floor between the bed and mini fridge. 3 dingy pillows instead of 4 for King sized bed. Gaping gap under the door, a port for bugs, rodents and small animals. Decor was cute but unkept and did not smell pleasant. Smelled of smoke and some kind of oil. Suspect hidden cameras. Should be half the price that was charged....

“Would have given all 5 but, for a guest in your adaptive room due to physical issues and there are no luggage trollies available to transport luggage when you’re leaving is a major inconvenience.”

“Great”

“Nice Rooms lot of space clean good location”

“Compliments to the breakfast cook.”

“Since I was in Houston for business meeting and asked the receptionist to extend my check out until 2 pm but she said. I was shocked to learn that. I will not try to come to this hotel again.”
