“We had a mixed experience during our stay. On the positive side, our room was spotless and the location was fantastic. Many of the staff members were kind and helpful. However, customer service wasn't entirely consistent across the board, and we were really bummed that the pool was closed—especially since the kids were looking forward to swimming.”
