“It smelled bad, the staff were very distant, and for some reason our checkout was at 11:00 a.m. and someone from the staff came to knock on the door at 9:00 a.m. to ask why we were leaving, very bad taste.”

“I cant understand; why no hangers? Why no amenity in the room to put your stuff , drawers etc. When i arrive my bathroom faucet is not working. I asked the front desk and the young man told me “you di t k ow how to use it, its working” I need to accompany him to my room and he convinced finally. Why so mych hassle instead of saying “I am sorry, we will fix it until your return and if not than we will give you another room”, etc I needed to visit the front desk every night as my key was not...

“The room was nice and spacious with a mini fridge and microwave. I was traveling with my 2 children so there was enough room for us. I especially liked that the body wash, shampoo and conditioner, and hand soap and body lotion were in cases that didn't need to be moved in the bathroom. The breakfast was also great. I was impressed by the variety of food. There are several shops and restaurants around and on Highway 6. Overall, pretty neat place to stay.”

“Esperienza terribile, da italiano sono rimasto disgustato da come è tenuta la struttura e purtroppo ho dovuto passarci una notte siccome sono arrivato tardi e non avevo altre possibilità. È presente dello sporco in generale tra corridoi hall ecc, la vicinanza all autostrada rende le camere molto rumorose e alla richiesta di cambiare stanza dal lato opposto dell hotel ci ha cambiato stanza mantenendo il lato verso l autostrada, la stanza e corridoi avevano un odore sgradevole, la doccia non...
