“L'hotel è confortevole e gradevole anche architettonicamente, è situato appena fuori dal centro di Rapid City che comunque non offre molto tranne alcuni buoni locali dove mangiare e qualche negozio, il centro è facilmente raggiungibile in 5 minuti di auto. Abbiamo soggiornato due giorni in quattro persone in una stanza sufficientemente ampia e comoda, pulizia della stanza ottima.Colazione e piscina nella norma. Buon punto di appoggio per visitare Mount Rushmore e le altre attrattive della zona...

“Tutto sommato un buon hotel, posizione però non molto comoda”

“Purtroppo devo lasciare solo tre stelle perché il posto non vale la pena. La prima camera che ci hanno dato era a dir poco scandalosa. Una puzza tremenda appena entrati e molto sporca quasi da non riuscire a dormire da dopo 9 ore di viaggio (venivamo dallo Yellowstone) non ho avuto tempo di chiedere di cambiare che non c’era più nessuno nella reception. Il giorno dopo ho spiegato il tutto e ci hanno dato una camera nuova più decente ma anche qui una leggera puzza. Peccato perché la posizione è...

“You need new owners in there. It needs a lot of work. The elevators didn’t work. My room wasn’t ready when I got there. They told me to come back in a half an hour, and it still wasn’t ready. Sheets were ripped pillowcases had spots floors were not vacuumed. coffee machine was shut off at 10 AM horrible”

“Breakfast was great, hot tub temperature was excellent! The staff is friendly and the hotel is exceptionally clean. Great location, near all common stores and good place to be located for downtown restaurants and sight seeing. Reasonable distance to Badlands & Mount Rushmore via car. (40 mins drive)”

“Great hotel, convenient location close to Culver’s, target, scheels, downtown, 15 mins to reptile gardens. Off season pricing is the best. Good value and hotel. The only con was the toilet flushes like a machine and it’s super loud lol. ”
