“Staff were sooo lovely in all areas of the hotel. Delicious meal at the bar and gorgeous welcoming fire and sunshine. Room was basic but comfortable and I love that they still gave a folder full of info to read about amenities❤️”

“My room was modern, clean, with a bar fridge and makings for a cuppa, the mattress and pillows were extremely comfortable. Bathrooms down the squeey old beautiful wooden floor were modern and clean. Overall, a lovely urgent one-night stay. Oh, and the staff were lovely. Only comment: the space under the door could do with a Raven slip to stop the very bright corridor lights at night. Thank you.”

Please be mindful that folk who book into "retreats" don't want to hear your voice 2. Don't want to see or hear your children. 3. Indeed not suitable for children as there are monsters and wolves and other creatures that will steal them away in the night. ”
