“1. There isn’t proper signage for the property. 2. The hotel’s receptionist threw the phone on the desk after she answered it. She was rude when I asked her any direction for the building. 3. The receptionist was poorly informed of the local public transit. There is no public parking for that particular subway parking lot. 4. “My family and I had a great two nights at Avid. We booked this hotel for its affordability and proximity to Canada’s Wonderland, Vaughan Mills mall and much more. The hotel staff were all very helpful and kind, the breakfast was very well stocked and even had items that my children who have allergies could eat, thank you to the ladies who checked the ingredient list for us.
