Our check in went well and the staff at check in were great. Our room had cold air blowing and we told them about it before we went out for dinner. They had someone come in to check it and told us it’s fine. We called again later in the night before again it was cold air and we were freezing and they said they fixed it after looking into it for a few minutes however in the morning the air was cold again. Definitely not ideal and not a good night in that aspect.
We also had a do not disturb sign on our door and housekeeping walked in around 10am before we had gotten up. Luckily we were able to hear the door open and yelled to not enter. We were told by front desk that they had keys dropped off that had our room number and thought we checked out. It’s quite alarming since we had both of our keys with us and had obviously not checked out yet. They need a better system in place as this is not acceptable and dangerous.
