Case in affitto a Flint

“Located in a quiet neighborhood and nestled in the woods. it reminded me of a futuristic cabin in a Star Wars movie. a unique rental experience. the host left useful things in the house. every possible thing that you would need for a short stay was there. the paid for netflix and streaming TV was a plus. charming decor that you don't find in many other places. definitely had a unique character. Stayed here while visting friends that live in the Tyler area. a great retreat from a busy city life....

“This is a lovely property! Everything we needed and more. We will definitely return. It's nice to have nearby groceries so you dont have to pack everything.”

“Very nice and clean and organized very convenient to food places and if you have any in - two. Aaron's!! Definitely will go back & host is very responsive and understanding!”

“WORST stay we have had in a Vrbo. The duplex reeked of pot/weed everyday, even the night we got there at 10pm. Contacted the lady who owns it and never received a call back or an email after she said she’d go take a look. I asked for a call back there was no further communication between her and I. There were multiple items broken or damaged in the duplex. The shower had mold in it, the master bathroom was not cleaned before we got there. There was also mouse poop all over in the hot water...

“It was a perfect getaway with our dogs. Location was awesome, pretty much a 10 minute drive to everything. The neighborhood is quiet with friendly neighbors. The 2 car garage was a wonderful extra. The beds were super comfy. I can’t say enough about the food in Texas. We had breakfast at First Watch almost every day. Check in and out was simple. Victoria was responsive and friendly. We would definitely stay here again!!”

“House was very clean, close to shops and restaurants. Host was great with communication and friendly and helpful.”

“Had a great time celebrating our anniversary. The house was in a great location.”

“Tremendous!! We love this place.. this is the second year in a row we’ve rent this property and will continue to do so… great people to work with!!!”

“This will be an excellent place to stay with time and some trouble shooting as it is a brand new duplex. There are some kinks to iron out that I have shared with the owner and once that is taken care of, people will love this place. Very quiet neighborhood and convenient to any place in Tyler and nearby. Perfect for my wife and I along with our daughter and granddaughter.”
