Delizioso appartamento situato nel cuore di uno dei quartieri più trend del centro storico di Firenze. E' stato oggetto di una recente e completa ristrutturazione ed è dotato di due camere e due bagni completi oltre ad una cucina pienamente attrezzata (compresi lavastoviglie, forno a microonde e forno) ed un piacevole salotto/ingresso. Una corte attrezzata con tavolino e sedie permette agli ospiti di godersi un silenzioso spazio esterno.

Capodanno a Firenze

Siamo stati in questo appartamento a Capodanno è davvero fantastico, tutto come da descrizione, i proprietari squisiti e gentilissimi. Nell'appartamento è presente ogni tipo di confort, tanti dettagli che non ci hanno fatto mancare nulla e sentire come a casa nostra. La cortesia di farci trovare acqua, caffè, biscotti è stata molto apprezzata. Mai trovato appartamento in affitto così attrezzato e curato nei dettagli. Ci torneremo sicuramente.

Piccola, moderna e vicina al centro !

Esperienza super positiva, l’host super disponibile e cordiale. La casa è a piccola ma con tutto quello che serve, tutta ristrutturata, a 10 min a piedi dal centro. Consiglio vivamente !

Great spot in Florence

Perfect place to spend time in Florence. Close to the San Ambrogio Mercato - and all of the big sites. The apartment was clean and the AC worked great in the HOT summer! Loved having a washing machine during our long holiday. Vero was always responsive and helped us get a taxi to the train station. Bathrooms and kitchen newly remodeled and impeccably clean. Would stay here again in a heartbeat.

Best place to stay in Florence!!

I agree with all of the other rave reviews that I have read here about this property. The owners have been great to us throughout our trip. My daughter left something behind and they agreed to ship it to us. They went way above and beyond to make us happy. I would certainly stay here again and recommend a stay to anyone.

Very accommodating

Change of plans had us in Florence one day early so booked this for a night with the family. They were extremely accommodating. Place was very clean. Wish we could have stayed there longer.

Location was good (within city centre) and within 20-30 min walk to places we wanted to see. If you’re coming from the train station you will want to take a taxi as it may be tricky with luggage to walk. Easy access (3 steps up) to apartment. Rooms were ok size. and

Veronica greeted us at the apartment and was helpful in booking all our taxi needs during our stay. The apartment is very clean, bathrooms & kitchen are like new. We were amazed at the small touches of useful things in this apartment; very homey in a quiet neighborhood.

Close to all Florence has to offer

We enjoyed 3 nights in this beautiful suite Check in was a breeze, beautiful kitchen with large fridge/freezer. Comfy beds, two modern bathrooms with great showers, large tv, computer desk, wardrobe & closet to hang clothes. The couch is a little on the uncomfortable side but okay. There’s a door that you can close to separate the bedrooms & bathrooms (if two couples sharing) for privacy. A couple of small things came up which the owners addressed immediately. This is a very CLEAN suite & the owners …AMAZING!

Fabulous Hosts & Great Location

We loved our stay at this apartment and would highly recommend it. Our hosts were the best -- super responsive and helpful in every way. We had an issue with mailing a package to France, and our hosts went above and beyond to help us. We were cheerfully greeted at the apartment and shown all the amenities, making check-in a breeze. The apartment was clean and well equipped. Easy walk to all the sites. The apartment was even well stocked with snacks and drinks which was very thoughtful and really appreciated. If we're ever back in Florence, we will definitely stay here again. Thank you Vero!

Perfect apartment and location!

We loved our stay here and Veronica was an incredible host! It’s in the perfect location as it is very walkable to everything, 10-15 minute walk to most places, yet it was in a nice, quiet area. The apartment was very clean and it was so appreciated that Veronica had water and snacks for us when we arrived. We will definitely stay here again the next time we are in Florence!

Very happy overall but had a mildew smell.

Host was great and the unit was well laid out and equipped. Location was good. Would have given her a 5 except for the mildew smell which was pretty strong in the primary bedroom.

10 out of 10! Highly recommended. Perfect location. Two supermarkets within 5 min walk distance. Handy location. Easy to walk around and safe. Quiet environment so we could rest very very well at night. Easy to walk to beautiful restaurants nearby. Landlady is super supportive, welcoming and we had very good communication. Beautiful and clean apartment, comfortable bed, beautiful and well-equipped kitchen. Efficient and quiet heating / air-conditioning system. Highly recommend to book. I would recommend friends & family to book it when they visit Florence.

Wonderful Florence Stay

We loved are time in Florence and staying her was a perfect place to stay.The place itself was perfect for our family of 4. The 2 kids shared a room with 2 single beds and their own washroom.We had our own room with attached washroom also. The living room and kitchen were as advertised. We appreciated the water and snacks left out for our arrival. The Nespresso machine and included pods were used on a regular basis included in the afternoons in the back patio.The location is amazing, 15 minute walk at max to anywhere you would want to go. We utilized the grocery store around the corner and many of the local bakeries for breakfasts.Thank you to the wonderful a hosts who even arranged our parking in the garage a less than 5 minute walk away, very handy and appreciated.If we are fortunate enough to return to Florence again I'd be looking to stay here in a heartbeat.Thank you!
