Ringrazio per gli apprezzamenti. Le giovani ragazze che hanno alloggiato nell'appartamento sono state molto gentili ed educate, rispettose dei vicini ed estremamente pulite e ordinate. Hanno lasciato l'appartamento in perfetto ordine ed hanno lavato e riordinato tutte le suppellettili che hanno usato. Spero vivamente di ospitarle di nuovo.

La piazza è in pieno centro storico, con tanti locali e molto animata soprattutto nel fine settimana nella buona stagione. Questa particolarità che per alcuni può essere un difetto per altri è apprezzata.

Sono veramente contenta che il soggiorno sia stato così piacevole come lo descrivete. Sarò felice di ospitarvi ancora.

very bad experience with this host! First of all, he got the wrong day and arrived the night before at around 8.30pm! I was sorry that I couldn't host him in advance because the apartment was occupied but I put pressure on the cleaning lady to prepare the apartment as soon as possible the following morning since the guest and his family didn't have accommodation; but Mr Barry, without warning, arrived the following evening at around 9pm: it was obvious that there was no one to receive him! and he caused a tragedy because there was no toilet paper by sending three consecutive messages in the space of a few seconds and without giving me time to arrive to bring it, as I then did! There is always toilet paper in the apartment but perhaps in the rush the cleaning lady had forgotten it! And finally the tourist tax: this tax, according to the indications of our Municipality, must be paid on site in cash and the owner must issue the receipt; the night before departure, at around 11pm, the guest sent me a message with a photo of the coins for the amount due; the following morning at 7.45 he informed me that he would be leaving at around 8.30: I arrived as soon as possible but he was no longer there and 22 euros of the tourist tax were missing; when I pointed it out to him by message he replied that the cleaning lady had stolen them! Too bad I was the first to arrive! Now I have asked VRBO to withhold the missing amount from the security deposit and I will finally be able to send the guest the receipt of the tourist tax for the amount due! I was sorry for his behavior but above all for the very serious accusation of the theft of 22 euros!

I state that the guest had informed me the evening before departure that he had found the apartment wonderful and therefore I relate the negative review with my claim for damages because he left the apartment sdd and knows how to throw away the garbage of everything the living room and with dirty dishes and pots left in the sink; the cleaning lady took considerable extra time to put everything back in order. In addition, on the morning of departure, the guest found the excuse of not knowing what to wash the dishes with (the dish soap is on the sink) and of not knowing where to throw the garbage (the bins are in front of the door). I did not extort money but I simply requested the damages to VRBO for the extraordinary cleaning to be deducted from the security deposit! as regards the complaints about the air conditioning and the use of the washing machine they are clearly specious, as well as the criticisms of the spaces and the Karaoke evening in the square, an exceptional event! text of messages sent by the guest on the morning of departure: Good morning Elisabetta! We had a wonderful stay in your beautiful apartment. Thank you for renting it to us. Yes , we will check out before 10:30 and leave 32 euros by the TV . What should I do about the trash? Also could you please tell me what cleaning liquid I should use to wash dishes. We vacated the apartment. Left the keys in the B box, sorry couldn’t do the dishes.

Ringrazio questo ospite, moto preciso e attento, per il commento molto appropriato. L’appartamento effettivamente ha spazi ampi ed è perfetto soprattutto per una famiglia. È in pieno centro storico, vicino al Duomo ed a tutti i principali siti di interesse turistico; a pochi metri si trova il bellissimo museo di San Marco e la Galleria dell’Accademia dove è custodito l’originale del David di Michelangelo, simbolo di Firenze. Poco più lontano, ma sempre raggiungibili a piedi, il Museo dell’Opera del Duomo, il Duomo stesso, e la Galleria degli Uffizi.
