bellissimo palazzo storico
molto soddisfatti di questa scelta, posizione a pochissimi minuti da ponte vecchio, camera nuovissima, pulita, confortevole e spaziosa. proprietari gentili e attenti ad eventuali necessità. la struttura si trova al terzo piano di un palazzo antico e questo dà un senso di fascino. non esiste una vera e propria reception, quindi bisogna accordarsi se si necessita di un deposito bagagli il giorno della partenza, dopo aver lasciato la stanza. sistemazione problematica per ospiti con problemi di mobilità, tipo carrozzelle o passeggini. consigliatissimo.

Residenza di charme a due passi da Ponte Vecchio
Ottima esperienza in una residenza di charme che consente di immergersi nelle atmosfere magiche di Firenze senza però lasciarsi contaminare dal caos. La residenza, collocata in un palazzo storico cui si accede dalla centralissima e assai nota piazza Pitti, è stata ristrutturata con grande attenzione: arredata con un gusto moderno e minimal, allo stesso tempo funzionale e accogliente, non aggiunge inutili orpelli e dà invece risalto all'architettura dell'incantevole struttura. Ci si sente a casa, nel cuore storico di Firenze, coccolati dall'ambiente caldo e dalle mille attenzioni dei proprietari. Torneremo senz'altro!

Highly recommended
The location was perfect for getting to all the main sites in Florence. The accommodation itself was clean, comfortable, and met all our needs. And the owners were extremely friendly and helpful. We'll definitely stay there again on our next visit.

We had a fabulous stay here when visiting Florence. It was uniquely rustic but so quaint and comfortable! It is walking distance to everything you want to see and also has great shopping and restaurants to choose from. The hosts were extremely helpful with anything we needed and also offered to mail a couple of items I had left behind in the room. Out of all the different rooms we stayed in around Italy, this property was my favorite!

My sister and I stayed at the Toscanelli Residenza D'epoca in Florence on October. The service was excellent, we arrived in the morning and the room was ready. The room and bathroom were very clean. The bed was very comfortable. Excellent location, right across from Palazzo Pitti and a short distance from Ponte Vecchio. It's a walking distance to all main attractions and about 17 minutes walking from the train station. Paola and Andrew were very courteous and helpful. We would definitely recommend this place.

Good Location
Great location, right opposite Pitti Palace, and Boboli Gardens. Rooms are on the third floor, but does have a one man lift. We booked the small double, which we hadn’t appreciated was too small for us. Had lots of bruises on legs from walking around the bed frame which has a solid wooden frame. Bed had nice crisp white sheets, and very comfy. Bathroom was small, but fine, although the shower had lots of black stains/water marks. If shower is cleaned daily, these should not be there. Didn’t notice any noise, as others have mentioned, maybe just too tired each time my head hit the pillow 😊. It was an okay stay, had better, and had worse.

In fact the shower and bathroom are properly cleaned each day - it was the wooden stand that was marked, not the actual shower floor or walls.As noted we replaced the stand with a new one the same day.Do apologise once again for the inconvenience.Best regards,Paola and Andrew

Gostamos de Oltrarno, outro lado do Arno, local bem cheio de restaurantes e casarios, gostoso de passear, além da localização na frente do Palazzo Pitti! Toscanelli, cama deliciosa, Staff gentilissimos, amenidades de qualidade. Toalhas muito boas e sala com poltronas bem confortáveis Estranhamos algo o elevador tipo monta carga bem pequeno.e falta de apoio de corrimões no banheiro, piso do box algo escorregadio(em todos na Itália na verdade). Voltaria com.certeza

The staff was wonderful. My only caution would be the elevator. It was so small my husband and I had to go up separately because we couldn't both fit with our backpack carryon and personal item. It wouldn't stop us from staying there again, but something for others to consider.

We had one very nice night before we flew out of Florence. The bed was very comfortable as were the down pillows. Rare to find a hotel with very good pillows. Right on the Piazza Pitti & just up from the Ponte Vecchio so you are in the thick of it. Definitely recommend.

Great location, right off the Porto Vecchio easy to walk to most of the sights. Bus transportation also right un front of the door. Plenty of space, truly comfortable.

Very Charming and Great Location
This hotel is full of charm and is in a great location. It’s across the street from Palazzo Pitti, and really close to the Ponte Vecchio and other landmarks. The room was big, the staff very friendly and helpful, and we felt like we were staying at a local’s home. My daughter and I loved it.

スイス〜イタリアの列車旅の途中で、夫婦で宿泊させてもらいました。ピッティ宮殿の目の前の建物の中にあるホテルで、駅からは少し離れていますが歩いて移動できる範囲です。玄関のチャイムを鳴らすとホストのお二人が出迎えてくださり、ミニエレベーターに乗って3階に行くのが楽しかったです。 お部屋の使い方についてなどとても丁寧にご説明いただき、大きな問題なく快適に過ごせました。お部屋はモダンな内装でとても清潔だったのと、窓からサントスピリト教会の鐘の音が聞こえて素敵な雰囲気でした。

A beautiful boutique hotel in central Florence!
A gorgeous hotel which felt very authentic - spacious rooms and a very comfy bed! Paola who runs the hotel went above and beyond for us, she could not have been more helpful throughout our stay. Highly recommend this hotel, we loved our stay.

This location is near the impressive and relatively quiet Pitti Plaza, not far from the Ponte Vecchio. We were able to walk to all locations we needed in Florence. Proprietors were very kind and accommodating. Air conditioning units available in room! Recommend!

The only difficulty was parking in an area where only pedestrians are allowed. Andrew and Paola were very helpful in getting us a reserved spot in a parking garage near the B&B.

This is an old building that serves several purposes. Our hotel room was on the 3rd level with stairs or a very slow two person elevator- we used both daily. the hosts were lovely and our room was very comfortable and large. Our room faced the back of the building and many roof tops so the outside noise was very minimal. Opposite the front of the building was a tourist stop that drew large daytime crowds but was empty in the evenings. There were lots of good restaurants on our street and very nearby and even a wonderful contemporary art gallery one street over- the Tobian Gallery. We could walk to the Palazzo Vecchio and anywhere else we wanted in Florence. We got a coupon for a discount at the local coffee shop for breakfast and the hostess there was also wonderful. Great location !
