The accommodation has three bedrooms with double beds, two bathrooms, large living room and fully equipped kitchen. Access to the house is via self check-in with Smart Lock. The completely new accommodation is suitable for large families or groups of friends. It is located in the most strategic area of Florence.
Space
The accommodation with exposed beams and period details is completely new and finely furnished, is located on the second floor without a lift (35 steps) and spread over two floors, which guarantees greater privacy.
The house consists of an entrance hall, large living room with smart TV, ideal for spending pleasant evenings with friends, kitchen with comfortable dining table for 6 people, very functional and fully equipped: hob, oven, microwave, fridge/freezer, kettle , Nespresso machine for coffee, dishwasher.
On the same floor there are two large bedrooms with double beds, one of which can become a double room on request, and a comfortable bathroom with shower. From a hallway area you go up to the very large double suite (45 square metres) equipped with a double bed and study-relax area with master bathroom with shower.
All rooms are equipped with slatted beds and mattresses of the highest quality certified according to current standards of hygiene and comfort.
The entire apartment is equipped with free WI-FI connection with optical fiber which allows the full use of even more devices at the same time, air conditioning in all rooms and independent heating.
Inside the house you will find a hairdryer, washing machine, iron and ironing board. On request when booking we can provide a cot and highchair.

The entire apartment is at guests' complete disposal.
Other things to keep in mind
You don't need a car, but if you do, since the apartment is in a restricted traffic area, there is a paid garage next to the house.
You can visit the whole historic center and the places of major tourist interest, simply by walking.
You will find the accommodation clean, tidy and disinfected. At your disposal you will find a welcome kit to welcome you with a coffee or a typical Italian aperitif.

L’alloggio completamente nuovo ed è indicato per famiglie numerose o gruppi di amici. E' situato nella zona più strategica di Firenze.
Lo spazio
L’alloggio con travi a vista e particolari d’epoca è completamente nuovo e finemente arredato, si trova al secondo piano senza ascensore (35 scalini) e si sviluppa su due piani, cosa che garantisce una maggiore privacy.
La casa è composta da ingresso, ampio ambiente living con smart TV, ideale per trascorrere piacevoli serate in compagnia, cucina con comodo tavolo da pranzo per 6 persone, molto funzionale e completamente attrezzata: piano cottura, forno, microonde, frigo/congelatore, bollitore, macchina Nespresso per caffè, lavastoviglie.
Allo stesso piano si trovano due ampie camere da letto con letti matrimoniali, una delle quali su richiesta può diventare una camera doppia, e un comodo bagno con doccia. Da una zona disimpegno si sale alla suite matrimoniale molto grande (45 metri quadrati) dotata di letto matrimoniale e zona studio-relax con bagno padronale con doccia.
Tutte le camere sono dotate di letti con reti a doghe e materassi di altissima qualità certificati secondo le attuali norme di igiene e comfort.
L’intero appartamento è dotato di connessione WI-FI gratuita con fibra ottica che permette l’utilizzo a pieno regime anche di più devices contemporaneamente, di aria condizionata in tutte le stanze e di riscaldamento autonomo.
Troverete all’interno della casa asciugacapelli, lavatrice, asse e ferro da stiro. Su richiesta alla prenotazione possiamo fornire una culla.

Non occorre l'auto, ma se ne avete necessità, visto che l’appartamento è in zona a traffico limitato, accanto a casa c’è garage a pagamento convenzionato.
Potrete visitare tutto il centro storico e i luoghi di maggiore interesse turistico, semplicemente passeggiando.
Troverete l’alloggio pulito, ordinato e disinfettato. A vostra disposizione troverete un kit di benvenuto per accogliervi con un caffè o con un aperitivo tipico italiano.
