The apartment consists of a large entrance hall with lounge and business area , large living room with TimFibra fast speed wi-fi, Sky TV (Cinema), sofa and armchair , dining area , complete and equipped kitchen with microwave and dishwasher, a bedroom with a double canopy bed and sanitized linen, a bathroom with shower and sanitized towels and a small private courtyard with washing machine and a coffee table with chairs. There are fans to fight the summer heat although the apartment usually stay cold during to the thick walls. Concerning the house please mind that is on the ground floor of an old building so, like many city center houses, there isn’t much natural light and windows are in the entrance/ living room area , in the bedroom, in the bathroom while in the kitchen you have an aspirator above the stove. For longer stay ( more than 14 days) you will be asked to pay a cleaning service every 2 weeks to be sure the house is well kept. During this cleaning you will have your bed linen and towels changed as well. Thank you.
