Hotel a Florence

“everything closes too early, the restaurant, Breakfast should be available to guests at least after 11 am, check out time. the pool also closes too early, it's difficult to get food delivered. the rooms are okay, could use a little updating. The coffee maker in the room is old they need to make sure the instant creamer is fresh the one I opened was like a brick. The AC works really good!”

“Their check in process was extremely helpful with the check in online. We didn't have to interact with anyone to get into the room.”

“Decent for sleeping over one night so I won’t have to drive back home sleepy. The door to my room had gaps which allowed bugs to come in as well as the smoke smell from outside. The room was clean enough for me not to want to use the sheet that I had with me. Still better than many roadside motels. Would I stay there again, probably if it’s the only reasonable option.”

“the room was clean but no shampoo but had conditioner and bath gel and bath soap o garbage can in the room. felt a little uncomfortable with the type of other guests staying in hotel but staff was friendly”

“We had to move to another room the second night, as the toilet was not functioning when we moved in. The staff was great, but didn’t have a comparable room for us until the next day. Staff was great!”

“The breakfast needs more variety, with less frozen and processed food. More cleaning staff are needed. There is a water leak from the washing machine in the laundry room. We asked one of the maids to clean our room, but when we returned, it was exactly the same. It needs better management.”

“We had bad weather the lights went out a couple of times it was a mess staff still charged for breakfast after a bad weekend”

“A really nice and spacious hotel. Everything was clean and up to date. Water pressure sucked but that may have only been my room specifically. The staff was welcoming if not a bit obsessive with the question of where I was traveling with a dog, which I was not. They asked 3 different times. No clue there.... Parking is free, shopping and restaurants were abundant.”

“Hotel stupendo a pochi passi dall'università e nel cuore di negozi e ristoranti. Hotel dal sapore antico ma nuovo in tutte le sue parti. Personale disponibile,gentile ed educato; al nostro arrivo ci hanno offerto le piantine di città e campus universitario fornendoci informazioni su dove mangiare. Le stanza sono nuove,ampie e dotate di tutti i confort con vista sulla città. Ci torneremo sicuramente!”
