“The room was clean, and the location was convenient to downtown Dunedin, our room was on the opposite side of the elevator and very inconvenient to get to our door. We could not use the balcony, they were doing work on the outside of the hotel and the dust was all over the outside, we put our bathing suits and T-shirts to dry, and it got ruined. We arrived early and asked for a possible early check-in not granted unless we paid that $10 for every hour before check in time, $10. Don’t buy much...

Both the toilet and the bathroom sink had visible buildup, and it took about ten minutes for the water to get hot. Furthermore, the registration office was cluttered with boxes, and the property operates on an unexpected self-service model”

“The Avalon was a great spot for our family! It was clean and had kitchen amenities that were helpful- coffee maker, dishwasher, stove top pans, etc. The staff was always hospitable and kind. We loved having beach chairs and an umbrella to use while at the beach. Being right on the beach made it easy to go back and forth from the beach and the view was beautiful!
