“The staff was the only acceptable part of our stay. The property is extremely outdated and poorly maintained, almost felt like a motel. Our first room wasn’t cleaned properly and the a/c didn’t work right and our second room had MULTIPLE bugs and my wife broke out into hives after sitting on the desk chair. Definitely not a Marriott hotel experience.”

“Pros- Great property and layout. Gorgeous beach and wait staff. Staff was super courteous. Quality restaurants and bars. Beautiful clean rooms. The only minor downside is the bathroom has no vent and didn't air out quickly and the door was a sliding door that didn't give much soundproofing. Overall A++”

“The best thing about the stay is the housekeeping department. Our room was very clean, and I am very picky! The housekeeping staff is the best part of this property, and they deserve raises. The negatives are the elevators didn’t work. The indicator light was non functional so riders don’t know what level they’re on, or even if they went up or down! Front desk unorganized. I got my key card with codes on the back but no one told me what it was for. I later found out it’s a code for the gate to...

“Need to advertise that parking is valet only with a nightly charge, as well as breakfast is not included, only if you pay extra for it as well. Very disappointed, not knowing this ahead of time”

“We got in 1130 and needed food-we timed it as the marketing said in room till 12 but we called 1130 and they said closed. We wanted to mail a few items as marketing said package receiving and mailing but there were no stamps-please update amenities features to revise times and features.”
