“Absolutely wonderful I cannot fault this resort. The rooms are so modern spacious and fresh.The staff were so friendly and helpful. It's located 20 mins from South Beach Ocean Drive by Uber (sometimes longer during rush hour). The beach is 2 mins away and it's just amazingly convenient. Sushi Bishi is an amazing resturant near by siruated on the beach and I also found a great taco spot near the beach too. I will be back again!”

“Hôtel de charme! Personnel vraiment agréable et accueillant qui a le sens de l' hospitalité. Nous avons reçu un surclassement offert en chambre Deluxe vue lac. Très belle déco, jolie vue, propre, confortable. Petit déjeuner servi en chambre. C'est un établissement qui a une âme et du charme, qu on ne voit pas partout et c'est une expérience authentique du charme de la Floride. Je conseille de prendre une chambre vue lac car la zone est bruyante entre deux routes passantes. ”

“La struttura è normale, per passare un paio di giorni va benissimo. La cosa terribile è stata l’esperienza del check-in, personale molto maleducato e non collaborativo anzi! Sembrava lo infastidissimo e addirittura ci ha minacciato di rivendere la camera se non avessimo risolto il problema che avevamo con le nostre carte, con fare minaccioso. Tant’è che stavamo per cancellare la prenotazione. Veramente terribile e irritante. ”

“Our room was very clean and prepared for our stay. The front desk workers did a wonderful job when there were so many folks coming in for a cruise. Some people were complaining but that’s because they came in far earlier than their check-in time. The worker who handled the cruise shuttles and ensured everyone was going to where there needed also did an amazing job!”
