“Clean rooms ”

“It is located near downtown bus terminal. Easy access to public transportation ”

“It was underwhelming for the price. It was clean and the staff were nice. There was a hockey tournament in town so the hotel was very busy and loud when we were there. The hot tub closed after our first night due to broken tile.”

“Nice hotel, the attached pub has good food. Pool was nice. Rooms were basic, but OK for the price. Check-in was a bit painful, even though I had already paid I needed a physical credit card to check in.”

“Only complaint was the overwhelming smell of curry in the hallway from the restaurant but the room was mostly ok. Breakfast was convenient, typical hotel breakfast but liked the yogurt and cereal options. Staff were friendly and attentive. ”

“Courteous front desk staff”

“Staff were good. Friendly. Helpful. The room seemed clean and comfortable. Breakfast was not that good. Ran out of coffee (2 empty carafes) and eggs. Pancakes did not cook thoroughly. No cream cheese for the bagels. Parking was not good. There was not enough space and one of the areas is across the street. ”

“Room was not cleaned properly which led me to leave a day earlier than expected. Found a dead bug stuck on my towel and a used tissue behind the toilet. ”

“Well worth the money. Always fresh coffee downstairs and so many options for breakfast. I really enjoyed my stay. ”

“Nice breakfast and good room. Owners are very nice.”

“I stayed for a week. Nobody at the front desk smiles or says hello as you walk through the lobby. Front desk manager is rude and keeps his back turned to guests as he leans on the counter talking to staff. Bar staff and restaurant staff are friendly. Paint is falling off the ceiling over the pool. Bed was comfortable. Shower was very good. ”

“Yes overall it was nice to be on the first floor with my dog. The sliding doors made it beautiful to get in and out to let her go to the washroom and get to my car if I needed to. It's a great pet friendly hotel. Which are hard to come by. The menu was large and easy to go pick up the food from the restaurant. You also get a discount if you order room service. Which is a bonus! ”

“Parking was good and spacious fit our crew cab Long box 2500 no problem staff was very friendly and the bed was super comfortable ”

“Very thin towels that were grey looking. Pillows were very poor. Bedding was pilly and wrinkled. Refrigerator was iced up and our beverages froze Parking was tight. ”

“Clean, tidy rooms. Property was recently renovated and has been well cared for. Staff is very attentive and breakfast was fresh, plentiful and area was clean. Bed was comfortable and on the side of firm. ”
