“This hotel is in a safe area but is currently undergoing renovations. It did not impact the rooms during our stay but the pool is currently closed. The amenities are very basic but it was clean. We did not eat there for breakfast so cannot comment on that. Our biggest surprise was that there was no coffee provided in the rooms and not even a plastic cup for water. Our rating would have been higher if those items would have been available without having to go down to the breakfast area. ”

“Very well maintained. I thought it was a new property but it actually 6 or 7 years old. Check-in staff was exceptional. Although there was a power outage we were furnished flashlights and ice from the kitchen. Valerio was very very helpful.”

“The Jacuzzi was broken. It was disappointing. The pool wall is cracked and broken. It was scary. The room was clean and nice. The breakfast was comparatively poor quality.”

“The property is under renovation, so parking is limited and entrance is through a tunnel of plywood. The lobby was full of construction materials. The room I was first given had only been partially cleaned, the second room had several items that did not work (refrigerator/phone). In the end, I was moved back to the first room but had to wait in the hall for the first room to be cleaned. I would not recommend this hotel until the construction is completed. “Totally under construction. I feel like that should be disclosed prior to stay. I would not have stayed there under those conditions. It need the facelift though. I would have preferred not being there during the remodel.”
