Hotel a Foothill Farms

“The room was clean, bright, and convenient. I will come back to this hotel the next time I’m in town.”

“The breakfast was good and the parking. However, there was a homeless man sleeping at one of the entries. The surrounding or the people around the area was not good.”

“Overall, the rooms were clean and the location was great. We walked over to the golden one center very easily. I would stay here again. They do have some construction going on, but I think the room we stayed in had been recently renovated so that was nice. ”

“The hotel is fairly new. Room and common areas are very clean. Staff and especially housekeeping were very nice and accommodating. Breakfast was good with a standard continental option, along with making your own waffles. Air/Heat were to be expected as a wall unit but in good condition and worked just fine.”

“IHG/Expedia - NO HUMANS - I was unable to cancel my via the AI system. When I asked the AI if it was a human, it would only reply something like "I am a certified agent". I tried for over an hour through various chat bots. Never found a human. Was unable to cancel and get a refund. Was unable to make a complaint, even. NEVER USING EXPEDIA OR IHG AGAIN, UNTIL THEY HIRE HUMAN CUSTOMER SERVICE. ”

“The breakfast was standard. But a nice bonus! My room was clean. The place is a bit dated but again, clean. The room had some issues that could certainly be addressed. The threshold to the bathroom was damaged and is a accident waiting to happen. No hair dryer, damaged towel rack etc. But overall comfortable bed, clean linens, clean floors.”

“The Desk staff was most accommodating and welcoming. The site is well maintained and clean. Five pillows on the King bed was nice. Breakfast was typical but did have sausage and beacon on different days. Walking distance to a couple of fast food establishments and very close to grocery shopping. Quick, easy access to the freeway. I felt comfortable with the parking.”

“The hotel staff is very friendly and welcoming. Everything is clean and comfortable. The grounds are tidy and well-maintained. It is a pleasure to check in—so much so that you don't want to leave. The breakfast caters to every taste and preference, featuring fresh pastries, a selection of fruits and beverages, as well as hot dishes and snacks. The room is very warm, pleasant, and beautiful. My daughter and I were truly surprised by the level of service, as we had expected far less.”

“The rooms stunk of mold or mildew, the first room had a huge puddle under the fridge, and the second room had a broken bed. The breakfast was cold and some items were over cooked and some were over cooked. The condition of the property was sub par and there were a lot of construction debries all over the place in the parking lot. They were understaffed and we stood in line to check in for a half hour. WILL NEVER RETURN. ”
