Case in affitto a Forestville

“It was just what we hoped for a modern but rustic home overlooking vineyards and central to so many wonderful places to visit!”

“Beautiful spot for us to spend our anniversary! Loved all the widows looking out onto the forest! It really felt like you were in a treehouse! Be aware if you have any mobility issues not the place for you! Bedrooms are upstairs through a narrow spiral staircase. We loved it and will definitely be back!”

“Beautiful secluded spot by the river. Maria was very responsive when we had questions. Clear check in instructions which made the process smooth for our group. Please review the description of the place properly before booking regarding how sound can travel through the whole house. Our group didn't mind but some people might. The only downside for us was the pool table was smaller than we thought. However disc golf was fun around the property.”

“Very clean house and easy to communicate with the owners.”

“very nice space ”

And if you're not afraid of a little walking, a 15-minute walk will get you to downtown and the Barlow. (And if it's dark when it's time to go home, it's a 3-minute, 7 Uber ride back.) The house itself is impeccable and looks like something from a design magazine. Beautifully appointed,...

“We loved our stay! The area is beautiful, peaceful and quiet. The house is clean, well maintained and equipped. Really enjoyed it and look forward to our next visit.”

“There’s hardly any water up stairs the shower doesn’t work at all. Threshold into upstairs bedroom isn’t attached caused me to trip heated was up at 85 degrees when we got here took forever to cool off zero water pressure”

“The rental was very comfortable and pretty well appointed. Comfortable for 2 couple or a couple and 2-3 children. Seating for eating is great. We did not use the outdoor amenities except the grill as we were out and about!”

“Such a clean and bright and comfortable home in a private serene setting! While staying at the Modern Farmhouse, we enjoyed a wonderful dinner at The Goldfinch in Sebastopol, and a day of kayaking on the Russian River. ”

“Very beautiful vacation house in the convenience location!”

“Beautiful, well designed home. About a 14 minute walk to downtown Sebastopol.”
