“Very comfortable home. Feels new. Loved the large great room. Enjoyed fireplace and sitting outside in back. Upscale shower, gas stove. Super quiet neighborhood, easy to get to beach or just cruise around through Russian river area. Probably due for a kitchen equipment replenish, not quite enough dishes for our group. “The property is located in a nice quiet neighborhood. The backyard was very private with a hot tub( we didn’t use it, but it looked good.)The house was very clean and well appointed.We used this home as a jumping off point for Sonoma and Napa Valley wine tastings. Quick access to the highways and close to excellent restaurants in downtown Santa Rosa. Would definitely recommend this house!”

“We stayed the weekend with friends at this beautiful hideaway in the woods and had a wonderful time. The house was spotless, the jacuzzi was perfect, the lighting was fun and ethereal, the fireplace was cozy, tv was easy to operate and had Netflix (thanks!). The beds are on the soft side, and curtains are sheer, which didn’t bother us, but that might be hard for some folks. We had a great time! Thank you so much!!!”

“Special attention to details of interior and exterior spaces. Great amenities and homelike comfort for 2 senior couples. We encountered a small accident when closing the refrigerator drawers resulting in a cracked drawer lid. So sorry! All in all we had a lovely relaxing stay- weather was excellent and sounds from the creek added a welcoming zen quality. Thank you for the amazing opportunity- a definite “ must return “”
