The property is a little tired - if you take the stairs instead of the elevator you will see some interesting stains on the carpeting - and the surrounding area is all strip malls, but those were acceptable trade offs for the price we paid for our stay.”

“I never ended up staying at the property as when checking in they gave away the room of the couple we were traveling with. Though advertised as "guaranteed" they overbooked the property and the only reason I got the last room was because I checked in before them when we arrived. It could easily have been me if they checked in first. In speaking to the General Manager he spent an hour and a half telling us we could not get any compensation but one nights stay at a future time. He said he found a...

“The staff up front were very helpful and although the restaurant was closed, they helped us source other food from outside vendors since we arrived later than anticipated. The rooms were very clean and well appointed. I forgot some toiletries so they provided those and were considerate and friendly. The grounds of the property were very nice also with well manicured landscapes. Overall it’s a great place to stay.”

“I did not get the room I reserved 4 months prior to stay. It was my honeymoon and I was very disappointed that they did not have the room available. I got 2 queen beds instead of king suite I purchased.”
