“We booked two nights, and didnt stay. There were bugs and what looked like pubic hair on the pillow cases. Then when we asked for a refund and the staff was very rude. Didnt get a full refund and was very unhappy with the whole process to say the least. ”

“FAITH!! She was a lifesaver! Truly! Us Missouri girls who had a terrible experience next door at Castlewood and felt very unsafe she came to our rescue!! There was only one elevator and it got stuck one day, but really other than that, it was one of the best hotels to stay at and we were in Indianapolis for 17 days back and forth from the hospital. “The room was nice, except the bathtub was filthy. The man at the check in desk was very friendly and accommodating. They are apparently in the middle of remodeling, and the rooms are much nicer than the rest of the building. The hallways were very loud and dingy, and there was a person lying on the floor in the middle of the hallway at 11:30 pm when we checked in after a concert.”
