Hotel a Fort Johnson

“Buon motel, camera spaziosa, bagno buono, finalmente un condizionatore che non fa rumore. Internet ok. Colazione buona ma migliorabile. Adiacente al motel alcuni fast food. ”

“L'hotel non è molto curato e si trova in una zona in cui non c'è praticamente quasi nulla da vedere. Scelto solo perché si trova a circa 1 ora e mezzo di macchina da Lake George. Personale sbrigativo e non molto cordiale. Non ho apprezzato per niente il fatto che ci siamo camere fumatori accanto a camere non fumatori, nei corridoi c'era sempre puzza di fumo, anche con le finestre aperte. Non c'è l'ascensore (anche se sono solo 3 piani...quando ci sono le valigie da portarsi dietro risulta...

“Everyone on the staff was friendly, but when I first arrived, I was informed that the hot water stopped working the day before. Luckily they were able to remedy that situation. When we returned to the property at 7 pm, the front door was locked, there was no one at the front desk, and our key didn’t work. Someone did come by to let us in and informed us that the front door was broken. We could not figure out how to adjust the thermostat/ fan. Instructions would have been helpful. Also there...

“Nice property. We stayed on business. There are lakes in the area but not close to this property so it might not be the best vacation spot but it's good for business travelers with an attached restaurant and lounge.”

“I would avoid this hotel, unless you absolutely have to stay there. It is off the exit, and then a convoluted, series of turns where it sits alone on a hill. Right away one can see it hasn't been maintained well, and the smell of air fresheners are quite strong. Everything in the room seemed worn down, misaligned, unmaintained. The walls and floors are thin, very cheap build. Bathroom amenities were two small bars of soap, the cheap kind. Breakfast was included, but terrible. One waffle...

“Lovely new property with friendly, helpful staff at front desk.”

“We have stayed here before with no problems. But this time the shower streamed water out the side of the sprocket getting the floor soaked. We got back there late at night, so we weren't going to call someone up when we had kids to get to sleep. Then my daughter got in her bed and there was candy and candy wrappers in the bed. So they didn't change the sheets from their prior guest. We won't be going back there again.”

“Clean, friendly and reasonable”

“The Stockade Inn is beautiful! The location is great. I walked everywhere. Parking lot behind the Inn was nice. My room was large and lots of space, although no luggage rack, so I place my suitcase open-faced on the bed, so I didn't have to get on my hands and knees. There was plenty of closet space and lots of room for me to hang up my clothes. Large bathroom, although limited counter space for toothbrush, etc. No water came out when I tried to turn on the hot water faucet in my room that...

“I stayed here because I was going to a concert at Proctors Theatre and this hotel was only a short 8 minute walk to the theater. I was pleasantly surprised by the room for an inexpensive hotel. The room was very clean and well maintained. The bed was reasonably comfortable the towels were fairly new and soft. The downside?
