"Alain is a good host and responds quickly. Thanks for the welcoming package. As a former VRBO host, I would like to provide helpful feedback: All bedrooms need room darkening shades. The morning light is very bright and makes it difficult to sleep; host needs to provide a top sheet and extra pillows and blankets; only one set of towels for each guest and no wash cloth; extra toilet paper needs to be provided as well as paper towels; need simple condiments (salt; pepper; sugar); no electrical outlets in second bathroom; sofa is VERY uncomfortable. Very low to the ground. Please provide better soap and shampoo. Neighborhood is 'marginal'."
