It was a comfortable stay. Not much room in the bathroom if you’re a makeup girlie, but overall comfortable and convenient.

I was needing an affordable place to stay for a week while in town on business. The staff was nice and the place was pretty comfortable and clean. And I generally felt safe in the area. The place definitely met its expectations for the money, and slightly exceeded them.

A bit of a problem to find, luckily we had a great Uber driver. Adequate accommodations, albeit a bit tight for two people. Walking distance to supermarket.

Loved the location, nice property with friendly other visitors. Great price as well. Would have liked plastic on the pillows since the pillows themselves aren't washed after stays. Refrigerator was leaking upon arrival. Towel racks were all lose coming out the wall. Host very responsive. Would stay there again.

The property itself is nice, but there were several minor issues that made the stay stressful (AC issues, TV issues, lack of utensils, etc). There were exposed wires outside that concerned us, and an very minimally secured door connecting our bedroom to another unit that made me very uneasy.

I will never stay anywhere else when I come to Fort Lauderdale! She let me check in early and check out later! I never seen nor needed anything from them which we loved it felt like our own house the entire stay! It was a 6 minute ride to all the restaurants and 7 minute ride the other way to all the stores and not so fancy places to eat! It’s a 15 min ride to the beach! I would have loved a hot tub to use in the front yard since they have the room for it and it’s already a perfect fenced in and private front yard!! But that would be me nit picking! I have already recommended this place to a bunch of friends and will continue to do so!! If your a private couple at hays mot into the nightlife as much and partying and just wana have nice quite nights with your significant other then look no further you found the spot!

Room 4 is a Very small studio. Two small windows so not much natural light. The bed is very minimalist, very soft, very low to ground and you can feel the frame boards under.the matress. Pls the fame is just right for stubbing you foot. The fridge freezer is 4 ftsq adequate but frezer was frosted to almost obliterated. Dinner plates wont fit the small microwave, but other dishes do. The beach towels are nice, big, thirsty. Water heat and pressure is great. The city water is brown tinted. Los Olas area of Ft. Lauderdale is 1 mile away. Hot tub was 1/3 empty but useable.

Very small and lots of problems with amenities

Very, very tiny room; the size of a larger tool-shed. The ceiling light didn't work. The jacuzzi didn't heat up; I texted about the issue and they just stopped responding to me. There was no heat in the room (they did bring me a portable heater when the weather dipped into the 40s). The tv worked, but the video signal skipped like crazy every dozen or so seconds, making Netflix or Hulu impossible to watch on the tv without losing your mind. I would have been happy with this room had it been priced somewhere btw $50-100. Over that is just insane for the size of the room and the quality of the amenities. The positives: The covered patio is nice and relaxing, the property was quiet, the signal for cell calls and internet was good, the property was central, and the area felt safe.

My first night, This place is exactly as advertised. It’s quaint, should think about upsizing the tv and adding a tv in the bedroom. Manager opted to communicate via text, I reached out for more towels and didn’t receive a response until I decided to call two hours later…. No answer to my initial call and received a call back half hour later. Should also leave more extra towels, I requested more towels only to be told the manager had conveniently just left for the day so had to wait until the following day for that. The next day Returned to my dedicated parking spot being claimed by someone else unbeknownst to the manager but nothing happened and I ended up having to block two cars in the office driveway spots…. One of the neighbors had too many visitors and they blocked two extra parking spaces including my own and another’s, who had dogs during their stay and the manager elected to lie on me and say that I shared that I was allergic to dogs and complained on them, a lie! I own a dog myself coincidentally 🙃 both them and myself shared story during our parking spot exchange about how much bs we’ve both heard. These ppl are a joke and don’t know how to collectively handle their own residence. The overall stay alright but could have definitely been better, comfortable spot not so great management.

Property was good, the only issue I had was my wife wanted to try out the hot tub and this group of black guys were always sitting or sleeping on it and it made her feel uncomfortable that she had to go ask then probably have a audience after the fact.

This place is a little hidden gem. It was VERY CLEAN and cozy. This is my nit pick complaint; the shower head could be updated and the wifi info and password could be sent via text, email, or in paper. Definitely recommend and will be back... GW🙏
