Resort a Fort Lauderdale

“The staff, restaurants, amenities are excellent- although the rooms have been supposedly recently updated, we found them to be a bit disappointing- while the room was large and spacious- there are things that could be updated/cleaned/fixed. If you want to use the amenities of the kitchen you need to ask for the plates, cups, silverware- COFFEE MUGS too! but the steps to the beach, a quick walk to the restaurants and a quick uber to Las Olas Blvd.”

“Pessimo servizio in camera per un hotel di questa portata e fama. Personale totalmente indisponibile e svogliato. Esperienza davvero pessima”

“I had issues with my check out. I was given a late check out of 1 o’clock starting at 8 AM even though my privacy light was on and the privacy sign was on my door. The housekeeping staff entered my room, not once but three times. When I called the front desk, they said they changed my check out to earlier because they needed my room? Not five star. The hotel needs a refresh of the rooms”

“Great location, fantastic breakfast, gorgeous pool- slept like a baby.”

“Pretty run down and outdated. Forced valet parking is weird when u have a parking lot. Better places to stay”
