“Room with nice view”

“The staff was very friendly and helpful. The room was clean and very modern. The breakfast was better than most hotels i have stayed in. The only issue i had was the pillows were way too soft for my liking. Hotels.com list this hotel offers "train station pickup", this isn't true. Since i came into town via train. I had to Uber to the hotel (was not expensive)”

“We had some original issues with the first room they gave us, but the front desk staff, led by Denise went well above and beyond to make our stay more enjoyable and very pleasant. Supper easy check in, airport shuttles very convenient. This is for a must stay pre and post cruise ”
