“Our stay at wavecrest was disappointing from the moment we walked in. We arrived 2 1/2 hours after check-in and still had to wait in the lobby for a hour while our room was still getting cleaned. Our room was so cold you had to sit under a blanket or turn the air off. Only one elevator worked for days then the second elevator broke down on our last evening and we had to take the steps to the top floor and down. Our main light was out in our room. And not to mention the pool closes at 8:00 pm...

“We had an excellent 4 nights thanks to the A+ service from the staff, the easy beach access, the delicious shrimp & tacos from The Remedy restaurant, and the comfort of the bed. I would most definitely come back!”

“Cooley and robert in house keeping were wonderful, Joe at the lobby food/bar was great over all it was clean local to all needs and they were friendly/helpful.”

“Couldn’t check in room til almost 6 pm. Room could’ve been cleaner ( dead bugs on floor, hair in shower) specially since we waited so long to get into the room. ”

“There were crack heads walking around in their underwear, doors open with people laid out in bed (specifically women also in their underwear). The property itself is horribly maintained and very unclean. Do not stay here unless you want to be robbed and go home with bed bugs.”

“Absolutely disgusting. Sink didn’t drain, sheets looked stained and dirty. Walls and doors were dented and unkept. Flooring was broken. DO NOT stay here- pay a little extra and go some place nice.”
