“Great play, clean, easy access to beach and restaurants. Loved it with the exception of the shampoo and conditioner, the containers were empty. I did get a refill for the conditioner then I realized the shampoo was out. Luckily I had some.”

“Amazing place to stay!! The pool and beach were great. The staff were helpful and very nice. The room was clean and house service did a great job. A couple of days they even setup my daughter’s Barbie’s in the bed. It’s more of a family resort, lots to do for the kids. For me that was perfect. Would absolutely stay here again.”

“The rooms need microwaves. And my main complaint is how I was charged a day before I arrived. The justification was ‘The hotel is almost completely booked and that helps us avoid declined cards’ not verbatim but I do have a screenshot. I don’t think that idea is conducive. Also, just because a card may decline doesn’t mean that the money isn’t there. People lock their cards.”

“Water heater sounded like it was boiling the whole time so it sounded like it was raining in our room. When the air conditioner kicked on it sounds like metal rattling around in the vent. The roof structure above the patio had a huge crack in it. They have a laundry facility there's no explanation where it is so you have to ask, and they don't tell you in the laundry room or at the desk where you can get laundry supplies, you have to ask the desk. “Our stay at this resort was fabulous. They had the beach, a cool pool, a heated pool and a hot tub, all close to each other. The room key band was convenient. Even though the breakfast buffet was delicious, we found it to be expensive if you aren't a big eater, or if you children aren't. We found it more reasonable to order breakfast off the menu. For lunch and dinner there is a food trailer on property, but they are very slow. The Boardwalk is next door and convenient for lunch and dinner....

“I only spent the night there, because my family was at The Island Resort, and we spent the day at the beach of pool. My stay was very pleasant, and comfortable.”

“Breakfast was ok, you get what you pay for. Our room smelled horrible of mildew. We had one male manager that was so nice but the woman was awful to deal with. Weren’t able to check in until 6:30 pm. Pool area never had towels and water was always very dirty as well as around the pool area. There’s apartments that can be seen from the pool and several Of those tenants would just watch people. One man was even whistling at my 7 year old. I stayed here a year ago and was impressed but it’s gone...

“Room was clean, nice and cold. One of our rooms A/C unit went out, and they worked and acted fast to move our group to the another room. Wonderful people around us, nice property. I love how they treated us and we love joking with the ladies up front. To the Man I think he is the big boss, cool dude and thanks again for everything. Felt like we were at home.”
