Hotel vicino a Fort Walton Beach Landing Park - Fort Walton Beach

“Exceptional hotel. Clean room. Courteous staff. Delicious breakfast. Nice spacious rooms. Only problem i experienced was NOT with the actual room, it was with the booking through Expedia. Traveling with a family of 4, including a child so space was very valuable for a 2 night stay. I booked a room with 2 queen beds, a sofabed, and balcony. Room was confirmed by Expedia. However, when I arrived at the hotel, the staff kindly informed me that they did not have such room available that I booked....

“Key security access for elevator use is good. Room was nice and comfortable. Upholstery needs some attention. Breakfast was good. Vending machines were iffy and front desk purchases are $$. Parking is easy and its a short walk onto the beach. I'd definitely stay there again. ”

“Everything was ok except there being pink mold in the bathroom and the air from the A/C smelled like mildew. The elevators weren’t operating well. There was a delay of the doors opening when stopping at each floor. Sometimes you would have to press the floor number again for it to open. There were two but one wasn’t working majority if the time. ”

“This facility was nice because it has direct access to the beach. While we were there the power went out 2 times but it came back on almost immediate.”

“Motel started charging $10 per day for parking. I won’t be going back!”

“The stay was sub-par. We were given a smoking room, and when we asked for a non-smoking room, we were charged an extra $10 per night. When we got to our room, it smelled bad. It smelled like humidity and the AC was off, so the heat made the smell even worse. On the day of checkout I asked if we could checkout an hour late - I was told it would be a $40 fee for ONE HOUR. No thank you.”

“I got this hotel for the Jacuzzi and it was marked off with caution tape and the swimming pool didn't open until noon we got to swim once the ceiling was molded in the pool room and god forbid if u can't walk the stairs to go to the pool they had caution tape on the ramp also so no using it. ”

“Pretty sure there were blood stains on the curtains, and bloody burgers on the wall in the bathroom. We needed a place to crash for a few hours, otherwise would have immediately left. I felt disgusting after staying there. ”

“The rooms needed to be deep cleaned- splashed drink or liquid dried on the walls, paint splatters on the floor, walls and mircrowave. Furniture was damaged and dated and peeling. Updates and renovations in the room look like they were completed by someone who has limited maintenance experience. Gap at bottom of the door was at least 2 inches- they taped paper to the bottom to cover the gap. Unable to make room completely dark due to the blinds. Light in my eyes all night. Breakfast was...
