“The room service was poor. Gym smelled like it had not been cleaned for a long while. Customer service was really bad. Reception desk was dirty, I complained about it but they never bothered cleaning it till we left after a stay of 5 days. Imagine housekeeping not taking a it trash after dropping new towels. For few days they didn’t change the sheets they only tucked it and laid it again. It was not a nice experience. We tried to cancel our reservation same day we got there but were not...

“The hotel was a nice experience. We enjoyed the pool on red flag days, and the beds were comfy. The only downfall was the breakfast options. There wasn't many protein options, just the same options each day of biscuits and gravy, egg patties, a potato and bell pepper mix, make your own waffles, cereal, and some different bagels. Would have enjoyed a kind of bacon or sausage atleast one day. Other than the breakfast, which was still tasty none the less, our stay was perfect. Will consider staying...

“The hotel is beautiful and clean. There was a male at check in and he was very rude. I asked for pool towels and the basically threw them down. Terrible customer service. Everyone else were nice. Balcony views are amazing.”

“The grounds of the property are under major construction with big piles of dirt everywhere, construction cones everywhere. Hard to walk with a stroller to get to the side walk to reach attractions because of it. The property on Expedia advertised that breakfast was included with my room. Hotel desk staff said it’s not.rugs are very outdated. I reached out to hotel about this and zero response. I wouldn’t stay again.”

“This place was fantastic! Really enjoyed the stay. We had a ocean side balcony which was great. The only negative was the limited menu at the restaurant. Will definitely return next time we are in Destin.”

“Loved the balcony facing the ocean and that we could walk right out on the beach. Room was very clean, but did have a little mildew smell which is to be expected in an older hotel so close to the beach.”

“Beach access and beach were amazing. Front desk staff were not friendly or helpful, bar staff were super friendly and nice. Shower floor was disgusting had to stand on a towel to shower. Does not look like they clean much at facility pools had so much dirt and debris. Today was the first day I seen pool getting cleaned since I have been here for 5 days. Hot tub has so much skin floating in it. Restaurants are nice next door. Won’t being staying again.”

“You get what you pay for. But that doesnt diminsh the value at this property. Its a kioskbto check in, get keys, and all that. Its different. Unique. Had 2 stays, 1 for 2 nights and added another night. I thought that they wouldve rolled over the pet deposit or incidentals. They released them whch takes a few days to reclect so it kinda was an annoyance to put it back down. But with the 2nd deposit it was $50 but my bank would show it as $60 on my end. The guy didnt understand what I meant when...
