“The staff who served us were mostly helpful, the room was large enough to accommodate us and our two dogs, and the bed was comfortable. Other than that, we were not happy. The supplies furnished to our room were less than minimal, and our room was never serviced during our 3-day stay even though I specifically asked for it to be serviced. “The appeared to be acceptable at first but when the lights went out the roaches came out. The room was infested with roaches. They were in the bathroom, behind the headboard and crawling on the walls. The toilet didnt flush. I checked out in the morning and got a clean hotel. I was refunded for the days I didnt stay.”

“This property is a motel, not a hotel. The bathroom and shower contained visible mold, including black mold. The bed linens were worn and yellowed, and the lack of sheer curtains required the blackout shades to remain closed at all times for privacy. “The hotel was very clean and maintained. The room was clean and the bed was comfortable. The breakfast buffet was great and filling. Had a 24/7 market and the pool and jacuzzi were clean. Will stay here again!”

“We will never stay at this hotel again. We recieved two complaints about being loud and stomping. One was about 10 minutes after we arrived. We were in no way doing any of the things they said we did. We had barely got our stuff set down. We also recieved another call at 6 in the am saying they got two more calls complaining on us. We should have never received a call at 6 in the morning. My daughter was still asleep, and the phone call woke her up.”

“The hotel itself was very sketchy, I travelled with my family and I will definitely never stay here again. The front desk lady was very nice but the room itself especially the ones in the back were not what I was expecting. The bedsheets looked “washed” but there were questionable stains all over to where I did not feel comfortable for my kids or myself to sleep on! Changed the bedsheets but the bed itself was also disgusting!”

“The room itself was ok for the price but A/C barely worked, no cups or any containers for ice. Upstairs room had what sounded like kids running across the floor after midnight and lots of noise outside. But you get what you pay for so spend another $20 bucks and get something a little better.”
