“The first room we were in had roaches and requested to be moved to another room. Only had 1 towel in the room (it was a double bed) several light fixtures did not work. Room was dark even with the lights on. The bedding was a sheet and very thin comforter. Overall definitely not by best experience and will not be going back here. ”

“I received very good service from the staff who were calling me and checking on my arrival time for a nice greeting. The bed was very very comfortable and the pillows were quite nice. The decor was not for me, but beauty is a personal choice.”

“Staff was kind and helpful. The person who oversaw the breakfast bar was exceptionally friendly, helpful and cheerful. She kept everything full so that we had a complete variety of everything offered. In addition, it was wonderful to be greeted by her kind and helpful personality in the morning & got our day off to a great start.”

“The only observation for this visit involves the overall construction of the hotel. We stayed in room 210. We were able to hear the guests in room 310 every time they moved about their room. Other than that, we had a great experience. Cierra, the front desk attendant, did a great job for us. And, her manager did a great job helping her with a process she was not comfortable with. Nicely done by all staff.”
