“The whole place was a mess to be associated with him. I was amazed that it was such a dump when I talked to Expedia they assured me they had a pool, etc. we get there. There’s no water in the pool. It was just an all-around poor experience I won’t ever stay at a super eight again”

“Very dirty and had no amenities”

“The staff were extremely friendly and helpful. The breakfast left a little bit to be desired. The jimmy deans premade sandwiches weren’t great as they were a little soggy. Maybe having the ingredients to make a one more fresh would be better. It’d be nice to have a bar similar to other properties. More notice on when house keeping services are happening. Apparently it’s only every other day.”

“Smell bad and not clean”

“Ate staff was amazing. Very knowledgeable. A variety of restaurants and bars right there at the resort and i didn't need to leave if I didn't want to. I would definitely visit again if yhe need arose.”

“Very nice newer property. Convenient, quiet location. Staff were all very friendly and helpful.”

“The parking situation was chaotic at best. Upon walking to my room, I noticed the door slightly ajar. It did not fully close. Both locks to the door were held with small screws that were stripped and coming out of the door and wall. There were a significant (10+) number of dead bugs of all sorts in the room. The air conditioner did not work well, and the room stayed about 75-80 degrees throughout the night. Amongst the dead bugs in the floor, there were chip crumbs and hairs.”

“Poor reception. Staff support was terrible. Parking is limited. Breakfast was minimal overall it’s a terrible place as far as managed.”

“Was woken up at 12 am but front desk staff because they had put us in the wrong room but didn't know til 3 hours after we checked in and were in bed. Fortunately we did not have to change rooms but made for a rough night sleep”

“Room was very dark, wife also complained about the lack of lights in the bathroom for doing her makeup. Luggage rack was missing one bolt and collapsed while being used. Just need some attention. Staff was great and location was good for access to shopping and where we needed to go.”

“Great area for a place to stay. Walking distance to many restaurants. Very quiet in the evenings, clean units and comfortable beds. Everything you need for an extended stay.”

“Very clean and looked freshly painted or at least well maintained.. breakfast was solid and beds were comfy. BW is not usually in my top places to stay but for playing a tournament in Melissa this was a solid spot not too far away and lots of amenities near by.”
