“5 star staff and hotel. The hotel is clean and comfortable as the name indicates. The first feeling you get here is comfortable and the staff here are key players in that welcome home feeling you get. And waking up to a nice well rounded breakfast with friendly morning staff sets the day of on a positive & leaves you feeling good throughout the day. The beds, showers and room are just as comfortable. That's why I give this place an easy 5 stars.”

“This is a great budget minded place to stay.Even though construction of a partial remodel was taking place it wasn’t a problem. All the staff is kind thoughtful and very helpful. The room was big the bed was comfortable tv worked great and the sheets clean. Spacious bath area with plenty of hot water clean linen and cold A/C.This an older property so don’t expect new and shiny. If your staying in pilot point I recommend this place and would gladly stay again ”

“Room was very clean. Needs a long mirror to check on your outfit . Well we were with a wedding party and that would have been nice. Gentleman at front desk extremely pleasant, a white guy and can't remember his name.”

“The room was mostly clean behind toilet and bathroom door both sides were not clean very clean tub, very hot water Blowdryer did not work- maintenance replaced it Coffee maker in room did not work Bed linens clean pillows very comfortable Heat and AC comfortable and worked Basic yet equivalent to price paid ”

“Brand new property, which explains the cleanliness. Had to be given 3 different rooms before we could settle in. 1st room - loud barking dogs across the hall 2nd room - tv remote had no battery & staff had no idea where batteries were 3rd room - good TV service is not fully functional (new property) Ice machine missing (3rd floor) or inoperable ”
