“The lake view was the only nice thing. Room had nothin. A bed and small table with chair. No phone to contact office, no fan, no TV, no refrigerator, no internet / WiFi, no in-room bathroom, no sink, no mirror, a detached head board, two flat pillows looked already used.”

“I booked a room for 2 people, when arrived the room they gave me looked like it had a queen size frame and put what looked like something smaller than a full size mattress. The frame was stick8ng out on both sides by quite a few inches. For $120.00 it was crazy!”

“Booked reservation with Expedia in February and paid for it completely! Arrived last night with our confirmation # only to find the Hampton Inn did not have a room for us!! Supposedly the room was canceled ....by some company in SHANGHAI CHINA!!! How do we trust reservations that can be canceled like that.... that are also prepaid?”

“The rooms were clean and comfortable, the only complaint is I know the pool was "heated" but it was cold. I was so excited to go swimming, I got my new suit on, went down to the pool as soon as we checked in, got in the water up to my knees, waited a few, and I never acclimated to the water. It was constantly freezing. I could not get comfortable. The furthest i made it in was up to my belly button, my back started hurting from shivering, and my travel companion who was equally excited and I...

“Absolutely terrible. We walked in and right back out. The property is not only a motel, but there are permanent residents living there. A big sign on the door that says “do not knock” “beware of dog” we are not picky people and alas long as the place is clean and beds are comfy it doesn’t take much to please us but we didn’t feel safe here and we left right when we got there.”
