“Front desk check in person was nice but the place was disgusting. We couldn’t even take our shoes off in the room. The place is in need over a serious renovation!!”

“Very nice hotel and room! Only minor things that was annoying: hallways were extremely hot, like no AC, but the rooms were very comfortable and nice. We found more than a couple hairs in the tub, in the bed and on our towels. It's just a detail I feel were clearly obvious to see and should've been seen as well by the housekeepers. “The room had a smell as pets lived inside .Which when u went to the desk he stayed that’s the cleanest and so I need a smell good to hang up.I was kind of disappointed.But my mom used to be a housekeeper so she brought products and cleaned it up.We also paid for a queen size bed but we received full.But the best thing about this place was the pool it was nice and cleaned everyday and we had a wonderful time inside because the beach was super hot .I would rate this place 5/10”

“Con: 1- Room housekeeping was non-existent (Had to request and poorly done). 2- Way too many (none over 40 Lb your rule) dogs in elevators 3-Entry door was difficult to open/close (reported to staff, not addressed). 4- Parking space width is extremely narrow for any size vehicle !!!!! Pro: 1- Location is terrific 2- Expedia pricing is competitive 3- Rooms are spacious”

“The property itself is nice. They were redoing the parking lot when we were there. The breakfast always has plenty of options for kids and adults. This was our 2nd year at this property and the staff was not as friendly as the first year. When asking for more towels because we were only given 2 for a family of 4, it seemed like we were bothering them and it had to be approved to give us more towels. The bathroom in our room did not have full Shower Gel, Shampoo, or Conditioner and it never got...
