“reserved a smoking room but the fire alarms were going off all over the hotel. my room was ddirty and the front desk was rude. ”

“The shower was falling off and the temperature dial was backwards. There was blood found on our sheets and a pillow! The staff were freiiendly and quick to correct.”

“I grew up in Virginia Beach and always wanted to stay here after it was built. What a waste of space! The room we were given faced a parking lot, out toilet didn’t work- my husband had to fix it, we ran out of soap and when we asked for more they just put a bottle I. Our room and not set it up in the shower. We asked them to freshen up the room. They only made up one of the two beds and didn’t do the next day. Never again! ”

“The room was clean, and the staff were friendly. However, while we paid extra money to get a beautiful view of the beach, what we got was a room at the ground floor with a balcony facing the beach. So, although we technically got a room facing the beach, it was not worth the extra money we paid for as it was the ground floor. And sadly, they said they could not shift us to some other room at the upper floors. Other than that, I think the sound of the elevator was a bit disturbing. But overall,...

“When you first arrived, it was very clean and nice. The lady at the front desk who ran the office was very rude. Then when I got to my room, my room had a terrible stale cigarette odor. There were stains all over the carpet. It really was not clean very old and worn. I also did not have a shower curtain in my bathroom and I asked for one from hose keep ( who was very nice and helpful) But I received a tore up shower curtain. This property can do much better. I’ve never stayed somewhere like...
