Hotel vicino a Princess Anne Plaza Shopping Center - Virginia Beach

“I reserved a smoking room and the fire alarms were going off constantly in my room and others. I was called by staff who said I know its a smoking room but could you keep your door open? This was not a safe area and as a single woman that was unthinkable. the room was dirty and there was blood on one of the sheets. ”

“The stay was nice until the last day. We left to get some stuff for the travel back home. We returned to the hotel and a church event wouldn’t let us back in the parking lot. They directed us to go around the corner to a parking lot not connected to the hotel. We called the hotel no answer along with a member called from a room in the hotel and no answer. ”

“The lobby has that aged patina on it. The couches, for example, need a refresh. Looks worn and droopy. I've stayed on other similar hotels with a town center vibe like Reston town center. That's what I'm comparing against your hotel. Didn't get a chance to try breakfast so next time. ”

“The breakfast was very good. Variety of food to eat. Always a large amount available. Very clean and kept up. Staff very helpful and friendly.”

“The room floor was dirty. It looked as if it hadn't been swept or mopped for over a several weeks. The curtains and comforter had burn holes in them. The faucet dripping was no stop and the tub has black spots in it. ”

“This was a convenient location right on the boardwalk. The rooms were in good repair and looked clean. The front desk instructs you to talk to the concierge desk for some "welcome coupons," but it was a chance for them to invite you to a timeshare presentation. I walked over and ended up skipping talking to them after I heard the conversation with the couple in front of me. The kids enjoyed the pool and looking out at the ocean. “This property needs to be updated, appliance needs to be cleaned or replaced. The refrigerator looked like it came out of a dumpster. The nightstand drawer wouldn't close. Paint was peeling off the way, and the mattress was dented it. The pillows were terrible. ”
