“Not clean , had a water leak in the kitchen they fixed next day. No internet or WF that all, need your own WF or hotspot. Only 2 elevators in the building, pool it was ok but nothing else was offered that ice cream. For someone who called this resort …. Not resort they all. Just regular apartment building!”

“I stayed at Portside Resort recently and was very disappointed. Booking was easy, and I got friendly reminder texts before arrival. But when I got there on Saturday, the office was closed—I later found out they don’t work weekends. I had to go to another address to pick up the keys, which was confusing since I hadn’t been given any clear instructions or a map of the resort. I paid ahead for parking and pool bracelets, but I never got the pool gate code. I had to rely on other guests to share...
