“We had a really nice time. Our room was lovely, clean and ready to go. The location was so close to everything. The bed was comfy, the internet solid and the kitchen had everything we needed. ”

“The front desk clerk was very kind and friendly! The pre-check in process made check in very fast and efficient. Easy drive to the casinos.”

“Disappointing Check-In Experience - I arrived at 2:45 PM and was told to wait until the official 3:00 PM check-in time, which is understandable. However, when I returned at 3:10 PM, I was told the room still wasn't ready and that they would call me within the hour. That call never came. I eventually returned at 5:30 PM to finally get my keys. Communication was poor, and it’s frustrating to waste several hours of my trip waiting for a room that should have been ready on time.”

“Stayed at the Marco Hotel recently. The check-in staff were genuinely friendly and welcoming, which made a great first impression. The location is also super convenient..especially if you’re heading to the convention center. That said, the room itself was…off. The overall vibe felt a bit funky, and unfortunately the bathroom had a strong urine odor that was hard to ignore. Definitely took away from the stay. Great people and location, but the room cleanliness needs serious improvement.”

“The room was great! It took awhile to find put where the open restaurants were, on the casino floor. The steak restaurant sounded great but it was never open. The construction outside my window started early in the morning and continued later in the evening. I know this was not the fault of the casino however.”
