Questa è una nuova casa sulla spiaggia situata a Surfside Beach,
La casa dispone di 5 camere da letto e 3 bagni.
Perfetto per riunioni di famiglia, matrimoni o riunioni di grandi dimensioni.
* L'età minima per il noleggio è di 25 anni
* Richiesta ven-ven - soggiorno minimo di 7 notti durante l'alta stagione (1 giugno - 17 agosto 2018). A seconda delle prenotazioni - potrebbe essere prevista una certa flessibilità - si prega di chiamare o e-mail.

La Beach House è stata progettata pensando a famiglie numerose o grandi gruppi con ottime finiture. Il tesoro dei pirati ha pensato ai ripiani in granito. La casa è costruita con soffitti alti 10 'in tutto con un soffitto a cattedrale nel soggiorno, sala da pranzo e cucina. La cucina gourmet è progettata pensando all'intrattenimento e ha un sacco di spazio, elettrodomestici in acciaio inossidabile e un grande frigorifero con porta-finestra con 2 fabbricatori di ghiaccio, un sacco di spazio sul bancone e una grande isola di granito da 9 'che può ospitare 5 persone. Grande cucina completamente attrezzata con pentole, posate, piatti, utensili, ecc. Lavapiatti, piano cottura con forno e piano cottura in vetro, forno a microonde, 1 frigorifero grande, 2 piccoli frigorifero e congelatore piccolo, macchina per caffè Keurig, frullatore, forno tostapane La cucina è aperta sulla sala da pranzo e sul soggiorno in modo da poter ancora far parte del gruppo mentre si cucina un pasto. Il soggiorno ha una grande TV a schermo piatto Samsung Smart 70 ', AppleTV, lettore Blu-ray / DVD, impianto stereo con docking station per iPod. Ci sono molti posti a sedere con 3 divani in pelle extra-large. Abbiamo una cucina all'aperto con una grande griglia a gas a 5 fuochi. C'è un grande portico coperto di 12 "x 42" per stare lontano dal sole e un ponte scoperto di 22 "x 42" ideale per feste e ritrovi. Tavolo da pic-nic e sedie Adirondack sul ponte In questa area esterna del ponte si può davvero godere della fantastica vista e ascoltare le onde sulla spiaggia. Abbiamo un sacco di parcheggio sia sul cemento sotto la casa che sul grande vialetto per 10 auto. Raccolta rifiuti due volte a settimana. Giochi da tavolo, puzzle, carte, ecc.

We absolutely loved our stay. There was ample room for all of our kids and grandkids. We spent a ton of time on the huge deck or on the beach. The master is upstairs with a separate living room. Ross was great at communicating and highly accommodating! I highly recommend!

We booked a weekend at this beach house for our large family to all stay together. Everything was as described and worked out perfectly. Everything you could possibly need is there, such as appliances, beach stuff etc.

The house was absolutely beautiful and had everything we needed. It was exactly as described and the pictures gave a perfectly accurate view of the property. The owner provided us with detailed instructions and information, which we greatly appreciated. We had an amazing time, and are so grateful to the property owner. We hope to be able to go back soon!

This sweet beach house was perfect for our time away with family and friends! The host was very accommodating and helpful, going above and beyond what we expected. The deck is the perfect place to gather and enjoy the outdoors! There were 13 of us and we were more than comfortable in the space. We would definitely love to come back!

We always enjoy our stay at Pirate's Treasure. the house is well appointed and plenty of storage for food and drinks so we don't have to leave the beach to go into town. we especially enjoy having a covered area on the deck as we had some rainy days and could still enjoy being outside.

The ambience is indulging and welcoming. The view from the deck is absolutely beautiful even coming from the inside. The set up outside on the deck including downstairs was really thought out very convenient and relaxing.The home was fully equipped with everything we needed. From cookware to bedding, towels including beach supplies. Out of everything the kids room including the well supplied kids toys was an experience i know my kids will have with them forever. Overall it is well worth every penny. Our family will definitely be coming back.

Fantastic home in a great location. Situated on a very wide stretch of beach with spectacular sunrise views from the massive deck. The house comes equipped with everything you need to enjoy the beach, we literally left half our gear in the cars! We will be back soon!

We stay in Surfside every year for a week. I would say this is probably the nicest rental we've had so far. The proximity to the beach can't be beat. I initially thought the lack of a walkover would be a downside, but because of the closeness, you absolutely didn't need a walkover and it would have made the trip more cumbersome. Lots of fridge/freezer space which is always needed by our large group. I would also like to note the checkout procedures were by far the simplest we've ever had. There's a good chance we'll be staying here again next year.

Surfside has been our families little getaway spot for over 12 years. This beach house is one of our favorites! The house is so close to the beach that it doesn't even need one of those walkover bridges to get there. You simply walk through the meticulously manicured yard and you are right on the beach. The first thing that struck us was the awesome setup on the deck. Five large high-rise chairs grace the front rails, allowing for hours of gorgeous sea views. There are two other seating areas. One with a large propane fueled fire table, and another nestled comfortably under the shade. An outside counter-top and sink is also accompanied by a fridge and freezer (perfect for larger groups with lots of food and drinks). The inside of the house was spotlessly cleaned, and all of the bedrooms were equally cozy and inviting. The kitchen is incredibly well stocked. Anyone who "beach houses" often will tell you that the most frustrating thing is to have a kitchen with just the very bare minimum of plates/cups/bowls. This kitchen not only has everything you could possibly need...in some cases it has two or three!! The owner of the property (Ross) was so helpful and the most gracious host you could ever wish for. You can tell that he genuinely cares about the enjoyment of your stay (unlike the bigger companies). 5 stars all around for Ross!! Thank you for sharing your wonderful home with us. We hope to see you again real soon.

The house is probably the nicest I've ever rented. It is well maintained, perfect for large groups, and is stocked with everything you could possibly need for a great time at the beach. Beautiful, thoughtfully decorated beach front home extra large fully furnished deck looking out over the Gulf. The home was clean and roomy, easily accommodating our large family in town for a wedding with plenty of room for parking as well. Owner Ross was very helpful and friendly. left detailed instructions on how to use all the amenities including list of local restaurants and grocery stores. Had a great time.
