Grey Goose è una splendida casa situata a pochi passi da Middle Beach nel tranquillo villaggio di Surfside Beach, in Texas. Guidando fino a casa noterete immediatamente l'ampio avvolgimento intorno al ponte con molta ombra, i due tavoli da picnic e le fantastiche viste sull'acqua. Un'altra caratteristica divertente è il tubo dell'acqua situato in cima alle scale; questo è l'ideale per sciacquare i piedi di sabbia, i bambini e i giocattoli da spiaggia! Questo mazzo è stato progettato per essere apprezzato tutto il giorno, tutta la notte, pioggia o sole.

Una volta dentro noterete immediatamente che le stesse viste d'acqua dall'esterno sono facilmente apprezzate anche dall'interno, questo è dovuto al gran numero di finestre su entrambe le pareti nelle zone Living, Dining e Kitchen. La zona cucina ha un aspetto elegante e moderno con tutti gli aggiornamenti ... ripiani in granito, elettrodomestici in acciaio inossidabile, grande isola con bar per la colazione, illuminazione di fascia alta e persino ice maker in frigo. Troverete anche la lavatrice / asciugatrice situata proprio fuori dalla cucina che si fonde perfettamente con l'atmosfera moderna della cucina.

Il soggiorno / sala da pranzo è un concetto aperto e offre un layout unico in quanto l'intero spazio può essere utilizzato per soddisfare le vostre esigenze. Ci sono anche due ingressi al ponte esterno dalla zona soggiorno. Ciò aiuta ad estendere lo spazio abitativo interno al ponte esterno con il minimo sforzo.

L'accesso alla spiaggia è facile e veloce, in pochi minuti a piedi dalla spiaggia. Basta camminare fino alla fine di Ocean Avenue. Non c'è bisogno di una passeggiata perché non ci sono dune da attraversare.

A causa di cambiamenti nella legge fiscale VRBO raccoglierà solo la tassa di hotel / motel NON locale. Ti contatteremo per riscuotere il 4% di tasse locali in hotel / motel.

beautiful beach house with fit our need

this is my first time stay at this beach house. we stayed for two days. it was a very clearn, up date and nice house. my family love how close to the beach and nice view from the house to the beach. I do recommend for family with kids up to 14 people. we will come back. Thank you

Great for a large group

We enjoyed our stay at Grey Goose. Location was great. Another bath would have been nice, but we made it work. The ottoman that went with the floral chair was either stained or needed a good cleaning. But overall it was great, it was comfortable, it was quite. I would cone back for sure.

There are lot of mosquitoes.

Grey Groose is a grate place for family hanging out. We enjoy the balcony where we can seeing the beach scenery at early morning, and bbq at night. The location is convenient for buying what you need. It is a wonderful beach. We really enjoyed the trip with Grey Groose

Basic supplies

The house was nice and clean and had a nice location. One thing I would say is that this is the first rental I stay in where there are no basic supplies, barely any toilet paper, no laundry or dish (sink) detergent, no hand soap, no paper towels, not even coffee or cooking oil. I left some behind out of kindness and to show how it should be done. Thank you for letting us stay.

Fun in the sun!

Really close proximity to the beach. Wonderful, large wrap around deck with a view. Kitchen was well stocked & the air conditioner was phenomenal!!

Great location and great house

The house was great! We had 3 families. We love the bunks in the rooms so that each family could have their own room. We didn’t realize how close it was to a restaurant. Very convenient! We would’ve considered going there for a meal instead of bringing all of our food. Super close to the beach. Just a warning though, Saturdays do get busy, so it’s best to stake your claim on the beach way early in the morning (before 9am)!

Even locals loved this property's location

This was a great property. I booked it as a nonlocal who was planning a trip with family that included locals. All agreed it was a great location with easy access to the beach whenever we wanted to go for a quick walk or swim. I recommend this to anyone with a family.

Stay was great just need some new beds!

Great experience, loved the sand, wind and waves! Very much enjoyed the close proximity to the beach. We filled the house up and had plenty of room for meals and hanging out.

Great Property with an Amazing deck

My low rating of the check in process was because I was supposed to receive a e-mail with the key lock box code between 2 & 4 pm on my check in day. Well I did not. So i called the property mgr and it was like there was no record of my booking. My name and confirmation number meant nothing, she just wanted the name of the property. After that they were very helpful and were on site in minutes, opened the lock box for me. After that the place was great !!!

Surfside getaway

We usually go to Bolivar and wanted to see what Surfside was like since we had friends staying for the weekend already. This particular property was perfect because all the restaurants were walking distance. The house itself had plenty of room and everything we needed. If I returned to Surfside I’d rent this home. It definitely is nicer than most the homes we saw.
