Hotel a Fremont Hills

“Room was advertised as non smoking however it smelled like an ashtray. I prepaid for the room for two days and was told if I chose not to stay a refund would be considered 10-15 business days. I was also told all of the non smoking rooms smelled the same. As soon as I left I had to wash all of my hanging clothes and clean everything that had been in the room. Such a negative experience. I will not be staying there again nor will I refer anyone to this property. Shame on you !!!”

“Our room was super clean. A snack was left for us in the room. The staff was super friendly for both nights of our stay. The lady serving breakfast was also very friendly. The breakfast was excellent. I did not use the hot tub or swimming pool on this stay, but in the past that has always been well maintained and enjoyable.”

“Rooms were very good. Toilet was to low. No grab bars were installed in tub for safety.”

“My wife is diabetic. The refrigerator and freezer were not working properly. In the bathroom, when washing our hands and brushing our teeth, the water pressure was severely weak, almost to a slow drip barely running. We thought maybe just do to the long day. My wife tried to shower that evening the 22nd of May and was afraid the water pressure would not rinse her completely. I showered the next morning the 23rd and had the same experience both shower and sink. Thank you”

“Clean rooms, very friendly staff. Breakfasts were good, coffee isn’t great. Will return next year, it’s a great location for our family.”

“Just a nice clean hotel; location was also ideal for us. This is one of the first hotels i stayed to always smells nice. The lady who checked us in was very sweet and accommodating, she gave us recommendations. The lady who checked us out wasn't nice very sulky but the guy who sets up the buffet was always cheerful when greeting you at the breakfast buffet. Great hotel highly recommended.”

“Only stayed for a few hours so I could catch a very early flight. Wasn’t able to take advantage of breakfast as I left before 6 AM. The room was clean and provided all I needed for the short stay.”

“Pool and hot tub were not working. The rooms are not sound proof at all. We heard everything above and around us, kept us up all night.”

“Definitely a newer hotel, very clean and modern. Check in was easy and the gentleman was very polite. The room was an okay size and was for those with disabilities, the bathroom was a nice size but the bed was very low to the ground for those with disabilities but not great for someone who is very tall. Breakfast was basic nice but well presented. The coffee station by the elevator was GREAT!”

“Continental breakfast and dinner was a plus. The room floor plan was perfect for company and visitors. Manie at the front desk took very good care of us. We plan to return next year around the same time. Our new home away from home.”

“Great place to stay, clean and really well maintained. People are really friendly and great value for what you get. Breakfast is included and super clean. Stayed here 2 years ago on way down to AZ and on way back from AZ and was great then as well!”
