“Struttura tutto sommato bella, in generale manca di gentilezza da parte del personale addetto, camere non insonorizzate, per il prezzo ci si aspetta un accappatoio e pantofole oltre che amenities. Durante le ultime ore in piscina al mattino, dalle 8 alle 12 circa gli addetti hanno pulito tutta l’area attorno alla piscina con Kaercher generando rumore fastidioso. ”

“Overall it was a good stay, quiet and somewhat family friendly. Not very convenient when it vibes to little things like getting towels, you do have to go to the concierge every time you need a towel, even if you're already at the pool or beach. No lifeguards. We didn't have to make reservations for most of the restaurants, we were able to get a table as a walk-in. Friendly staff and the beach was clean.”

“La posizione sulla spiaggia ( che chiude alle 17!) è ottima, ma il rapporto qualità/prezzo insostenibile . Colazione sempre uguale e poco curata , nessun succo o spremuta di frutta fresca (ai Caraibi!!). Buono il ristorante ( con personale gentile e preparato ) ma aperto solo a pranzo . Per 600 euro al giorno (bed and breakfast) ci aspettavamo almeno gli accappatoi…. La SPA piccolissima , la piscina idem. E per un late check out ( alle 14 anziché alle 11) ci hanno chiesto 200 euro. Peccato.”

“The room was really pretty and the view was amazing. Front office staff was very nice. There are no amenities to speak of. The breakfast that's included is pretty sad. You can't beat the location and the other beach clubs you can access to sit at are very nice.”

“Impatto orribile, la struttura sembra un vecchio ospedale riadattato ad hotel. Personale scortese e scontroso. Stanza spaziosa ma vecchia e con odore di stantio. Zona pedonale nella quale neppure il taxi puo' entrare. Unico vantaggio l'essere fronte mare ma, essendo in loco per lavoro, non ho potuto godere della cosa.”

“My family and I stayed at Sonesta Maho Beach Resort for 4 nights, and unfortunately our experience did not meet expectations. Check-in was delayed until about 5:30–6:00 PM, and we were initially given the wrong room. I booked a beach-view room but received one overlooking the pool and palm trees. Management said they could not move us until the next day. I do want to recognize Smith, Onika, and Raheem for their help and excellent customer service. The room was clean, but the two full-size...

“This property was located in the heart of shopping, restaurants, beaches and local bus transportation; the buses is routed from the French side to Dutch side of the island. Customer service was great. On the other-hand, there was flashes coming from the ceiling light randomly in the room.,”
