“Never stay in this hotel. If you do you need to be very careful. Instead of enjoying you are contently worried about being charged. The charge me extra for dirtying the towel which could have been easily washed. House keeping had bad attitude. For just requesting a cleaning service, I was shouted at. They said I damaged one towel and charged me for replacement but did not handover the damaged towel. Management is very unresponsive. I filled a complain with Hilton and filling one with BBB.
