“This was THE best place! It’s a two story condo with a garage. It was spacious and great for our family. We had two adults and 3 kids (5,3, 7 months)! We used the spacious laundry room for our infant and a pack-n-play we brought, and we had both kids in the bunk bed room, but could have separated them if needed. “A beautiful, well-managed property only about a 10 minute drive from downtown Idaho Springs. The house itself is gorgeous and is only outshone by the surrounding nature.
