“I would like to thank the two Front Desk Associates for providing extraordinary customer service. Due to my condo being uninhabitable, I made reservations for one night, but needed an additional night. The Brilliant Professionals collaborated and added the extra stay. Also, they provided clear, concise instructions on what I need to do before 11:00AM(CST). My apologies for not recalling your names. Continue to make a difference in the Hospitality industry!”
“This location was quiet, comfortable, and clean. The room was lovely and the soundproofing was exceptional. Breakfast had many options and even custom, made to order omelets. They also include happy hour providing free refreshments and snacks like trailmix and vegetable tray. The only downside I would say is the parking, as there is a small parking lot. I highly recommend this hotel. ”
“Room was clean, cool, and comfortable. Staff was friendly and helpful. I requested to be moved to another room due to a barking dog in the room next to me and they handled that quickly and with no fuss. The only negative to the room was one of the electrical outlets on the bedside lamp did not work. ”
