Hotel vicino a Inwood Theater and Lounge - Dallas

“This is supposed to be a luxury hotel and that was not the experience. The rooms were fine, but nothing more elevated than a Holiday Inn Express. An hour and a half to get brunch (open seating) when there were only 12 people in the restaurant. No manager. No bartender. There was a noisy party in the restaurant who would not be escorted out to the lobby - they were not patrons. Wait staff was not trained in even the simplest of procedures (pour water in the water glasses; bring everyone's food...

“Great location in the area. Easy access to hop on freeway to get to other destinations. Staff was friendly. Few restaurants and gas station nearby which made it convenient to fill up car. Breakfast was good, especially since traveled with young kid. Would return again!”

“Struttura nella media. Personale molto efficiente e disponibile. La palestra è piccolissima e non adeguata rispetto al numero di ospiti. La connessione Wi-Fi ha smesso di funzionare poche ore dopo il mio arrivo il Lunedì ed è stata ripristinata solo giovedì. Ho fatto molte richieste, chiedendo che il problema venisse risolto, ma a nulla è servito. Credo che la direzione avrebbe dovuto intervenire. “Siamo arrivati molto tardi ed abbiamo trovato la camera più fredda di un congelatore, ma qui negli States non c’è da stupirsi. Ci hanno dato una stanza fronte autostrada a piano terra: praticamente si sentiva ogni macchina che passava (ci hanno messo a disposizione i tappi per le orecchie). In più le due stanze adiacenti ospitavano cani (che io adoro per carità) ma che hanno abbaiato tutta la notte rispondendosi. Ok per accettare i cani ma almeno potevano avere l’’accortezza di metterli in due...

“We were looking forward to a little time in tbe hot tub jacuzzi after a long day of driving, it was out of service and when I asked about it at the front desk, THEY WERE RUDE. Breakfast was good, coffee was BAD. ”
