Ottima posizione e bellissima casa!!!!!
La casa si trova in centro a Corralejo, ma in una via tranquillissima,c'è tanta pace e silenzio la sera e la notte, si dorme benissimo. A piedi si raggiungono: Supermercati,centri commerciali, negozi, bar, farmacia, spiaggia Corralejo Vejo ( carina, mare sempre calmo), il centro di Corralejo x le uscite serali.....tutto insomma! Con l' auto si visita tutta l' isola, ovviamente per andare a Sud ci si impiega un pó ma ne vale la pena...La casa al suo interno é bellissima! Due camere matrimoniali,veranda, zona giorno ampia,cucina nuova,bagno finestrato...si può mangiare fuori nel giardino perché é sempre riparata dal vento! Noi siamo stati 14 giorni e a metà soggiorno ci hanno pulito un pó la casa e cambiato lenzuola e asciugamani....tutto compreso nel prezzo assolutamente convenientissimo....nel terrazzo ci sono sdrai con vista mare e la lavatrice..ci sono phon,ferro da stiro,forno a microonde, televisione.....grazie a homelidays e alla proprietaria che ci hanno permesso di fare una vacanza stupenda a Fuerteventura,rilassante ma anche sorprendente e ricca di posti favolosi! Non potevamo chiedere di meglio. Unici piccoli nei : Acqua con poca spinta, pentole un pó rovinate . Per il resto splendido!

Perfect stay
We have stayed at Casa Julia many times. Love the location .Two minute walk to the town but wonderfully peaceful . Tucked away . Clare is always so helpful and a pleasure to deal with . Another wonderful stay in Corralejo.

Longer stay
Needs a little more tlc. Was not ideal for our 8 week stay. You cannot go out every night, you need to stay in. The TV was "local" only if you wanted to watch football / sport you had to go to a pub / bar. Short stay of 1 to 2 weeks would be fine.

Hi Neil Most of our regular customers are long stay during the winter. There is free WiFi. The T.V is a smart telly therefore you can use a firestick or Netflix. There are also apps for free t.v . Also the 7 pints a few yards away shows the football. As you see most of the reviews are 5 star. Sorry to hear it wasn’t for you. Hope you find something appropriate to your needs in the future.

Wonderful Peaceful Place To Stay
A private and peaceful town house with private roof terrace looking out to sea. 2 minute walk to the beach and shops. Had everything in the property needed, like home from home. Fin beliggenhed i henhold til byen men meget tæt til naboerne. God størrelse til to personer. Meget gode senge og funktionelt køkken. Huset har desværre problemer med vander. Hentevand og til tider slet ingen vand. Dit morgenbad skal helst tages tidligt. Huset trænger til nye udemøbler.

It is cozy accommodation near the centre on Corralejo
I have been staying for two weeks with my family. It was a lot of space for all of us. The location of the house is very useful, very close to any amenities, restaurants and pubs. You can have an amazing walks in any direction.

Relaxing holiday
This property is in a perfect location minutes away from the center but very quiet . We stopped for a month and had a wonderful holiday. Clare is on hand if you have any problems and nothing is too much trouble. Hopefully we will be back next year.

Corralejo Bargain
Nice 2 bed terraced property, about 100m from the centre of Corralejo, in a quiet side street. We have stayed there twice now due to its fab location and reasonable price.

Had a very enjoyable 2 Weeks @ CASA JULIA A great many "plusses " including location,space ,cleanliness excellent WIFI (which we did not expect) comfortable beds ,well equiped modern kitchen. A few (minor ) negatives ,some form of background heating,blankets (quite "chilly" a couple of nights!) would have been great ( we have had these available @ other propertys stayed in Dec/Jan/Feb)we . initially unable to use DVD player (rectified by purchase of ext socket) not always possible to park "close" the positives far outwieghed the negatives and we may well return in the future

Can't wait to come back
This is a lovely property, the photographs don't do it justice. Communication with Sharon was easy, getting into the property really smooth & convenient. We had a lovely stay, it's comfortable and clean. This is a well situated property - given how close to the main strip it's surprisingly quiet. The sun terrace was lovely to sit in and catch the sun. It's only a short walk to the Waikiki beach, or to the bus stop to catch the bus to the Dune beach. Clare, the house manager, was really helpful when we had a query about something - she responded quickly and got us sorted straight away - she's absolutely lovely. We'll definitely be coming back!!

Sehr schönes Haus, in Strandnähe und zentral gelegen
Wie haben unseren Urlaub sehr genossen, das Haus ist sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtet und absolut sauber. Die Haustechnik funktioniert einwandfrei, und der Wasserdruck ist dank einer Druckerhöhungsanlage sehr gut. Vielen Dank auch an die Vermieterin Sharon, welche immer sofort erreichbar war, sowie an die freundliche Haushäterin Clare. Wir waren jetzt drei Wochen (August 2019) im Haus.

Fabulous Stay
This is a lovely place to stay . We stayed for a month and we had a wonderful time. We could cook in or go out . The bed was so comfortable and linen changed once a week . Plenty of room in the living space. will be back again .Location is fabulous . Would highly recommend.

Quaint little house was a Very big disappointment ,in need of a lot of repairs and refurbishment
We feel bitterly disappointed with the villa,failed expectations ,misleading photographs and comments. On arrival our first impressions was how drab it was,looking closer the sofas had towels on the arms covering the worn arms. Lights in lounge not working. Dining room table was an old white plastic patio table ,curtain pole was held up with string , mould round the window frame and Was dimly lit. Kitchen. Microwave /dishwasher out of order,temporarily microwave was dirty and rusty inside,as was the oven. Mis mash of glasses,crockery, pans and cutlery. Ceiling light held five bulbs but only had two bulbs in because we were told if there were more , the electric would flicker,same as bedroom and bathroom. Water pressure in hot tap almost non existentant (neighbours either side Didn’t have a problem with their water pressure !!). It was quicker to boil a kettle to have a wash.Showers where a challenge. Although we expected the island to be Warm in the day, we knew it would probably be cool at night and morning. We were told that there was no heater available. We felt the whole place was damp,had mould round the windows and blistering plaster in places on the walls. We feel the whole place needs, decorating, re.wiring, re.plumbing and Refurbishing. It was so depressing staying in the villa which unfortunately we booked for a month, so we ate out a lot which we hadn’t budgeted for. Only given the one star !!! for the location which was good .

I am so sorry you seem to find everything so displeasing it must make life very difficult for you. Although guests enjoyment is always our priority, I believe some truth in the saying you will never please everyone! I'm also sorry you find it hard to accept that the majority of guests love my little house as do I. Just to point out we have a 60% return guest rate who love the house and they always remark on the updating and work that has been done. So must be doing something right! Just a few things are new windows, front and back door. Interior and exterior painting regularly. New door handles, new television stand. The curtain pole is held with cord not string and goes with the rustic caricature of the room. The covers on the sofas are for protection not to hide anything. Yes the chandelier holds many bulbs and there were spares in the house I believe the house manager helped you resolve this. Everything was and is working, You were also assisted with this. Previously guests had said it was too bright which is why we don't fill them all. The house has to be checked regularly ban electrician for Health and Safety and certainly doesn't need re-wiring. There is a solid wooden table outside, previous guests changed these round and this has been left as most guests prefer it and like to eat outside but like to have the lighter plastic one so they may take it out if they wish. There is absolutely NO MOLD , As the house benefits from location right near the sea, the sea air does cause a little dampness and peeling paint which is constantly redone. The reasonable price doesn't include extra heating. This has never been requested before its always so warm. Im quite sure you would not have waited to pay for it. You do have justification on one thing which is the water pressure. It is no secret we have had problems with the pressure on the hot tap of the bathroom sink. We are trying to resolve this and finally on plumber number 8 we believe he has found the cause and is going to replace the pipes in the front wall which are furred up. As you are aware Clare (housekeeper) had a plumber round during your stay. He is carrying out the work next week. I write this for the benefit of future guests as you will not be welcome back nor do I feel you would want to return. Lastly to mention the damage and breakage of one of the wardrobe which my house manager reported you refused responsibility or payment for. Fortunately the majority of our guests are appreciative.

Great location & lots of indoor & outdoor space
Such a great location - within walking distance of everything but also nice and peaceful. The space indoors was great and the kitchen genuinely had as much equipment as we have at home so we were able to cook meals when we wanted (& even squeeze fresh oranges!). It was great to have the basics like salt & pepper and oil, which are often missing from self catering properties. The outdoor space was generous too (although it would have been nice if we could have moved the table into the sunshine as the sun moved round but the pretty garden meant that wasn't possible. It's probably different later in the year when the sun is higher though). The roof terrace was great - in the sunshine until around 4pm in January and a real suntrap as you're sheltered from the wind. Having access to a washing machine was amazing and means you don't have to bring so many clothes and can easily wash swimming costumes & towels after being on the beach. Then only downside was the shower - the pressure was so low that sometimes we struggled, especially with longer hair. It absolutely wouldn't stop us recommending Casa Julia as a place to stay though and we'd definitely come back (& probably will!).

Lovely little house
We stayed in this lovely little house from 8 - 22 December. The house is brilliantly situated, 5 minutes to old town and 5 minutes the other way to new area with shopping malls etc. Great beds - we slept soundly, which is unusual for both my sister and I when on holiday as we both have difficulties with our backs - not here - we slept soundly for ten hours each night! The house has everything you would need for a stay in Corralejo. Washing machine is brilliant, excellent wifi coverage - the best we have experienced on the island and we have been to Fuerteventura many times. Shower was excellent also, piping hot water always. Clare and her husband Ian also brilliant looking after us in a very laid back way, even when we locked our money in the safe! Many thanks Clare!! Whilst we didn't use the roof terrace (bit too chilly in December), it is a lovely space, with 2 separate areas. We did, however, use the lovely little dining room when we had cooked our own meals, the facilities are so good we were able to cook a roast beef dinner! All in all, I would highly recommend this house for a holiday and would definitely book again if it is available when we want to return to Corralejo. The house is 2 minutes walk from the main drag in town. Plenty of places to eat and drink within this area. 2 of the sunbeds were broken and need replaced. Has everything you need for your stay. Really enjoyed my holiday.

great location
Great central location yet quiet. Comfortable bed and nice sun terrace. Poor water pressure and no WiFi but strong 4G on movistar. There was a strong smell of urine in the bedroom presumably from a previous guest. That and the water pressure are the only downsides. The naturists next door leave everything swing in the wind. If this bothers you or your kids then this may not suit.

We stayed at casa julia, for the first three weeks of August, 2018, we have been going to corallejo for 16 years and have stayed in vareous hotels/apartments, but this was one of the best🤩well equipped, with a great location, with the bonus of the great roof terrrace, which was sunny all day long and lovely and quiet with amazing views. And it was luxury having a washing machine to use at any time, with 2 washing lines to peg stuff out. Plenty of pots and pans to use in the fully fitted kitchen, with a good selection of dvds, books and magazines. We very mutch look forward to stay here again, when available.👍😀🌵🌴

Spacious yet cosy house close to the beach (at the end of the road) it really is home from home
It took us a while to sort the hot water and UK television out but once we had it was all brilliant. There were lot as of little extras that I have never had before, like sweets in a bowl, toiletries, washing up liquid, tea, coffee etc all left behind from the previous occupier and kept there by clare the manager who called to see us, changed the sheets and towels and gave me her mobile number in case we needed anything. Thanks clare for looking after us and taking us to the airport. We have stayed in corralejo many times ( we try to come twice a year) always looking for the perfect property to return to with a bit of comfort. At casa Julia the beds are soo comfortable... We will definately be back asap

Great little property!
Have stayed this property before & just love the location & convenience close to everything in town, easy parking. Its so peaceful. There was a slight prob with water pressure but that apart its a great little house.

Peaceful place near the city center
Spacious rooms, beautiful garden, satisfactory equipment. Into area of 50m we can always find car park, what is very important in high season. SAT TV unfortunately dont work. Smaller problems with setting warm water. If owner remedy the listed ones small errors, is this very good apartment.

Ich und meine Familie waren hier im März für 2 Wochen ! Sehr schöne Küche. Leider kein deutsches Fernsehen. Ansonsten sehr angenehm dort.

Nice house needs an update
The old house from the 50th is beautiful, super practical located close to shops, restaurants, beach, bars. No need of car or bicycle. The house has 2 bedrooms, can be used by a family of 4 or two couples. We loved the roof top with the two sun loungers. On the roof there was sun, shade, wind protection and a nice view to the blue sky and the ocean. There is also a washing machine in the roof cabin. Downstairs is the terrace with table and chairs. When it was raining we could not sit outside under the roof (was not cold), because the roof of the terrace was quite broken. But inside there is another room with table and chairs for dinner. And the big room with sofa corner & tv and open kitchen. The bathroom had bath tube, shower, toilett, electricity. The water pressure was not the best, but everything was working. As it was raining and very humid, the windows and doors changed a bit their form... Well, the owner came and explained, the house will be renovated after we would have left. So they did not want to disturb us with construction while our holiday. Thanx for that! Wifi in the house would be nice! We had a nice sunny and windy and rainy holiday in November with 23-26 °C.
