Decisamente il migliore dove ho soggiornato qui a Fuerteventura, stanze ampie pulite e confortevoli, cena e colazione di assoluto livello, tutto lo staff è super tra tutti il direttore J.V. e il suo vice W.V.D.V. sanno decisamente fare più che bene il loro lavoro veramente complimenti.

todo bien
tutto molto gradevole. situato in location splendida.sembrera' strano ma non ho invidiato gli ultimi viaggi in messico e maldive.acqua abbastanza fredda ma e' oceano e ce lo aspettavamo. ottimo l'albergo e il vitto superiore alle aspettative.sara' sicuramente per noi una meta ricorrente. considerato l'aumento degli afflussi italiani, magari potrebbero cercar di inserire anche qualcuno che possa comprenderci.

We have stayed at this hotel 3 times now. Twice with our children and this time as a couple. The staff are welcoming and friendly, the rooms are fantastic, the choice of food in the evening is great and the breakfast is a very pleasant experience on the terrace outside, overlooking the pool. Of course there is the usual number of people reserving sun loungers in the morning but there are plenty for everyone especially if you have other things to do in the day as well as enjoying the pool area., the resort seems quite remote but that is part of it’s charm, you can get a transfer to and from the resort and just enjoy what the area has to offer.

A great hotel, with good amenities and a great selection of food and drinks. Rooms are spacious, with super comfortable beds and great balconies. Service is good through out the hotel, however you can occasionally have a long wait to be served as operationally different members of the team have different roles within the service which does not always work as smoothly as it should.

We miss this hotel already!!
Check in took quite some time. The rest of the stay was just fantastic. The room was super nice, with loads of space. The bathroom had everything you needed and good water strength. Worked as it should. We were blessed with an amazing view of the beach and the lighthouse (we had room on the 5th floor). Breakfast was just amazing!! Loads of alternatives and my husband and I adored the fresh squeezed orange juice machine!. Lunch (a la cart) was a disappointment...worse entrecote we have EVER tasted..We didn't try dinner there as there are so many restaurants around the hotel but the restaurant is very nice and offers both inside and outside options for sitting. The hotel offers live music in the evenings. The belgian guy "Bim" was a true pleasure to hear singing and playing the saxophone and flutes with the band. The guitarist' voice..not as good. Special thanks to Bregoña for the kindness and the younger girl working at the bar. All in all, this is a hotel that has everything. Location is perfect, service is really good, rooms are fantastic, breakfast is royal, pool is great (a bit too cold even us coming from Sweden) but still we are coming back next summer! I highly recommend this hotel

Fantastisk hotell med fantastisk beliggenhet. God mat og god service. Vennlig og smilende ansatte. Alt meget bra, unntatt to ting: Ingen nordiske TV kanaler, men minst 20 dårlige tyske kanaler… Badevakten fulgte ikke opp at reglene ved svømmebassenget ble fulgt opp.

Es un hotel muy ,muy recomendable,Todo el personal amabilísimo y muy profesional. Instalaciones limpias y cómodas, Nos hicieron mejora de habitacion con vistas al mar, bastante grande y con servicio de infusiones y café y te gratuito El spa gratuito es un añadido a tener en cuenta. La comida de lujo, muchísima variedad. Ubicación buena, como a 20' del casco antiguo y en 1 línea de playa, aunque hay que andar unos 5' para llegar. Otro detalle es que te facilitan toallas para la playa. En resumen, estpendisimo hotel

Lovely hotel. A pleasure to stay there. Situated centrally within the resort. It was a shame about the transfer time from the airport, over one and a half hours. The staff and facilties are highly recommended.

Great in many respects. But one of the main reasons for booking this hotel was for its sauna and spa facilities. So we were extremely disappointed to find that they were closed for renovation throughout our stay. 😠😠 If we had known that we would have booked a different hotel.

Idyllic location in Jandia
Fantastic location, with plenty of shopping nearby and easy access to a magnificent beach. Good service & cleanliness throughout the hotel, from daily clean towels, right through to provision of beach towels. Tea & coffee making facilities in the room. Hotel also has as excellent Spa, and for additional cost good massages to beauty treatments. Staff very helpful and pleasant. Food although average was good but did not vary in variety, with many of the dishes repeated frequently. Overall a very pleasant stay. Bit disappointed that although our booking confirmed that we had a superior twin room with pool view, we could barely see the pool from our balcony. Did not complain until end of stay as did not want to make a fuss. Would have also preferred a room where the sun shines on the balcony for most of the afternoon, rather than just in the morning until 1pm. Did email the hotel long before our stay to provide us with a room similar to the one we had earlier this year in January, which was ideal, but they had no trace of the email even though the main office said that they had forwarded it on to reception !

schönes hotel am schönsten strand von fuerte
das hotel liegt direkt , wie der name schon sagt , zu fusse des leuchturms von morro jable.und somit unserer meinung auch am schönsten strand von fuerteventura.von der vierspurige strasse und der einkaufsmeile ,welche sich direkt vor dem hotel befindet, ist überraschender weise weder am pool noch auf dem zimmerbalkon lärm zu hören. wir hatten ein deluxedoppelzimmer, mit einem terrassenartigen balkon, auf dem ausser stühlen noch zwei sonnenliegen platz finden und man die aussicht auf den leuchtturm und strand geniessen kann. man merkt dem hotel an,dass es etwas in die jahre gekommen ist , wirkt dabei aber keinesfalls abgewohnt. das essen an sich ist zwar gut, ist aber eher schwächer zu bewerten. die auswahl beim frühstück ist gross aber die abwechslung fehlt. beim abendessen fehlt es den speisen an qualität und die organisation ist eher mangelhaft. wir haben für eine woche im deluxe doppelzimmer mit meerblick pauschal unter 750 euro bezahlt, können daher sagen: preis/leistung top ( für kanaren )

Well worth a visit!
We really enjoyed our stay at the hotel. Only a few little niggles: Only one member of staff on at the busy check in time between 2pm and 3pm, irons not available for guests to borrow! And wifi in the room very temperamental. The many positives include - lovely room - spacious and plenty of storage. Hotel very clean and tidy. Lovely pool area with plenty of sunbeds. Plenty of choice in restaurant and food was of great quality. Plenty of parking on the main road, so we didn't need to use the hotel parking at 10 euros per day. The beach is just across the road and it is beautiful - especially if you head towards the old town of Morro Jable. Watch out for nudists though who quite openly flaunt 'their assets' strolling along the beach - not for the faint hearted!!

Das Hotel könnte ein Renner werden, allerdings müsste das Personal die Gäste nicht mit militärischer Gründlichkeit durchorganisieren, gelegentlich auch berechtigte Widersprüche zulassen und ein wenig die ausgesprochen ökonomische Denkweise verlieren... Essenszeiten u. a. Vorschriften müssen sekundengenau eingehalten werden, bei Verstoß gibt's nichts mehr... Nachts ist häufig Lärm in der Hotelbar, teilweise bis in die Morgenstunden, Beschwerde hilft da nicht

Das Hotel am Leuchtturm
Zum ersten Mal auf Fuerteventura habe ich den Aufenthalt sehr genossen. Die Gegend um Morro Jable wird von vielen Deutschen besucht, und im Hotel spricht man gut deutsch. Die Zimmer sind recht groß geschnitten, ein paar qm mehr, als man sonst oft bekommt. Frühstücksbüffet in exzellenter Auswahl (hervorzuheben: viel Obst, ungewöhnlich viele Brötchensorten!) und Qualität. Ich hatte etwas Pech: einmal verirrten sich 4,5 große Kakerlaken in mein Zimmer, einmal setzte ein defektes Rohr das Badezimmer unter Wasser. Aber selbst zu nachtschlafender Zeit konnte die Rezeption helfen mit einer Mitarbeiterin mit Insektengift bzw. einem Klempner, um alles wurde sich sofort gekümmert, Hut ab vor dieser Einsatzbereitschaft! Habe mir an einem Abend eine Abba-Coverband auf der hoteleigenen Bühne angeschaut, nicht schlecht, und so etwas findet regelmäßig statt. Allerdings wenn man mal pünktlich schlafen gehen und eine Show nicht sehen will, ist man im Zimmer passiv Beschallung ausgesetzt. Man kann es natürlich nicht jedem immer recht machen. Die Taxifahrt vom/zum Flughafen ist eine Stunde lang und kostet jeweils ca. 92 Euro, daher am besten nach Bus oder Shuttleservice schauen.

My wife & I went to Hotel Faro Jandia, Fuerteventura, for 4 nights in mid-December. The hotel location, décor, facilities and service were, overall, excellent. The staff were pleasant & helpful and most multi-lingual – a boon for those with minimal Spanish! The (elderly German-dominated) ambience was calm, polite but reasonably affable: everyone seemed to move in slow motion, soaking up the sun and going about their touristy business. The hotel pool & spa were clean and well-maintained: a joy to use. Evening entertainment was enthusiastic & well-intentioned. The actual strip of shops & bars, etc., where the hotel is situated is slightly unreal – dominated by major international luxury brands, with Santa Clauses & reindeers looking incongruous in the sun & heat which reached 26-27° in the afternoon – though the shopkeepers & staff are helpful and not too pushy. The beach (5 mins’ walk from the hotel) is long, soft & sandy; lifeguard-surveyed in places, though watch out for the strong Atlantic current, German naturists and the sun-lounger fee. There’s not a lot of youth, energy (though see below) or proper local culture in evidence here, but if you want a soft, slow-burning, take-it-easy, could-really-be-anywhere kind of break, this could be the place for you.

Tolles, nicht zu großes Hotel am Strand.
Unser zweiter Aufenthalt in diesem Hotel. Haben es wirklich schätzen gelernt, nur ein paar Meter über die Straße ( eher eine Palmenallee) bis zum tollen Strand. Direkt vorm Hotel abwechslungsreiche Shoppingmöglichkeiten in großer Auswahl. Bis zur kleinen Altstadt mit vielen Speisemöglichkeiten und Bars sind es auch nur wenige Gehminuten. Das Speiseangebot sowohl zum Frühstück als auch am Abend ist abwechslungsreich, schmackhaft und sehr üppig (Buffet). Das Personal ist jederzeit hilfsbereit und sehr freundlich. Außerdem besitzt das Hotel eine tolle gepflegte Gartenanlag, sowie einen beheizten Außenpool und wenn es nötig ist auch einen Innenpool mit kleinem Fitnessraum und Sauna.

Wir waren sehr zufrieden
Die Buchung der sog. Poolblickzimmer können wir empfehlen, für uns die bessere Wahl als Zimmer mit Meerblick. Der Abfluß an der Dusche/Wanne ließ zu wünschen übrig, nach einer Reklamation an der Rezeption wird auch der Haustechniker danach gesehen haben, jedoch war eine Verbesserung kaum spürbar. Das Frühstück auf der Außenterasse ist empfehlenswert, sehr angenehme Atmosphäre. Das Personal (ALLE) sind sehr bemüht und freundlich, teilweise sehr freundlich. Gerne immer wieder.
